The technician Peter Borsuk was very efficient and polite. He changed the kitchen sink tab. Very good job.

We had a leak under the sink in the kitchen that went down into the basement. Peter came and solved the problem and it was fixed within an hour and a half. We are seniors and he was most helpful and accommodating. We were surprised at the cost even with the seniors discount and are fortunate to be able to pay it but I am sure there are many seniors who could not.

The service was done with the highest degree of profession, and was completed in a timely manner

Shower water control stopped working on a Saturday and we had to shut off water to the whole house. Mr Rooter was able to come within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. They were able to get the water back on in the rest of the house while they investigated the availability of parts. Within a week, parts were found and the shower pressure and temperature control are back to top performance. Professional, courteous service throughout the process.

Tank on my bathroom toilet was making strange noises, topping up filling tank at strange times (with no leakage detected), also, refilling tank from bottom of stack, instead of through fill tube. All this resulted in high anxiety, especially when flushing in the middle of the night. We called Mr. Rooter as they had installed the toilets (3 of them) a few years ago. The Mr. Rooter plumber came withing two days. He flushed the toilet to observe my problems. He then offered varying solutions to the tank problems, at various prices. To ensure peace of mind I opted to replace the entire tank equipment. Happily he had the correct valve equipment with him in his truck, so it could be replaced right away. The whole visit only took an hour, and peace has now been restored, when I every time I have to flush my toilet - especially after midnight. The service, was prompt, reliable, clean and parts were immediately available. Highly satisfied with this company, but startled at their pricing. I haven't kept up with my inflation awareness, so their pricing may be in line with other suppliers. Mr. Rooter is the only plumber we use. We know we can count on them.

The investigation of the sewage backup was managed professionally. The crew who came to repair were unable to communicate (no English) and cut our internet cable in the 1st 15minutes. The project manager was fabulous and kept us informed and sane! The crew were experienced but the day was one stress item after another.
