Had a kitchen sink problem and they had to . up lot of the basement floors.

Within a few hours of contact we had a skilled technician at our home to resolve our sudden plumbing issue. Amazing service.

Replacement of freestanding bathtub faucet. They did a great job. We're very satisfied with the job.

Had a grim basement sewage backup. Called and Jason came within 3hrs. Investigatedmade a service recommendation and did a temporary fix. The two man power flush team came at the next possible service time. They did a great job. Explored the drains with the TV probe, power flushed the main and auxiliary drains, and showed me the resultant clear scan. They were all careful with the floors and left things clean and functional again.

Fast, 24 hour turnaround, friendly and professional. Fixed, repaired 60-80 year old ancient fittings (cast iron flange) and new water lines plus new toilet and faucet installation without any sales job, lectures or unwanted recommendations.

Mr. Rooter GTA was more than the average quote we received but offered a less intrusive service than others, and had a high rating, so we went with them, and I am so glad we did. The team was harworking and polite, sensitive to dirt in the house and stayed till the job was done. It was complicated in that our 100+ year old house had a non traditional set up and so the team stayed until 11pm to get the job done, they contacted the city for us when the city valve failed, and they stayed till the end. Everyone was great, patient. They came back the next morning to make sure when the city fixed the valve they could check their inside plumbing work. Very professional. Overall we were very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

Peter (Mr Rooter) supplied and installed two new 1/2 x 3/8 shut off valves for an existing main floor sensor operated Delta kitchen faucet. Peter was very knowledgable, personable and creative. The work was done perfectly and I had a good time taking thru and learning from Peter.

Great telephone customer service and job completed with clarity, efficiency and care. A bit pricey though.

Our sink stopped draining completely! They sent Wondy from Mr Rooter and he did a great job. He snaked the sink, flushed the pipe, and it was unclogged and the job was done in about 20 min! Will call again if we need help.

We have used Mr Rooter on several occasions for plumbing items/issues at our house. This time it was for a clogged toilet. From the initial call to request a plumber the evening before, to the follow-up call the next morning confirming actual timing of when the plumber would arrive. It was all service!!!......Plumber arrived early, assessed the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Great service, knowledgeable plumber and worth the cost. Thanks Mr. Rooter!
