I was very satisfied with the service I received. We are are pharmaceutical company and we need fast and knowledgeable service and that is what we received. Have used them many times over the years and always receive the same level of service.

They were awful. The toilet was installed crooked. The guy came back, straightened it out, but ended up scratching the marble floors. Now its several months later and theres a slow leak coming through our kitchen ceiling. The one year warranty they talk about on the website apparently is actually only a 90 day warranty.

Replaced kitchen sink faucet we supplied. Plumber noticed major issue with the way the existing plumbing was done (pipes had slope running waste water into the house rather than out!). Work was done very professionally and cleaned up everything after. Very pleased with work.

Excellent service from the get go. Problem identified and a new toilet installed the following day. Thoroughly recommend this company.

It is the worst service I encountered, they said it will be free for technician come to check, but not really. the technician charged me a lot for fast checking, and the technician was not professional, and even didn't find the root cause, but recommended another very expensive and non-useful service .

Peter has the knowledge of what to do. He clean up the place after he finishes.

Toilet Tank had a crack. To save us money, Mr. Rooter suggested we call the Toilet Tank company and was given a toilet tank under warranty. Immediately Mr. Rooter installed the new tank. Mr. Rooter is always available without any waiting. Excellent service.

Sink cleared quickly but very costly. Plumber was knowledgeable and professional. Work was carried out without any issues.

Highly reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and professional Supervision and crew called M and M... Very impressive communication with us, inclusive and informative. Difficult job done with a highly competent process and team. No complaints. They have empathy for the stress of the situation and they get the Job done. Technically competent. I've never seen such focused work. Super confident they would never do anything but excellent work.
