Mr. Rooter Plumbing of GTA reviews (1922)

Our hot water tank was leaking. We called the company and they sent a technician that same day. The Technician, Wandy, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful with choosing the proper replacement unit. We are seniors and he offered a seniors discount, we did not even have to ask. Wandy was so great as he prepared to empty existing tank, keep the work area very clean and ensured all residue of water was cleaned up. He cleaned up before leaving and you would never know he had been there.

Tech David did a thorough and professional job. Would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Technician was courteous and efficient. Job well done. A bit pricey but worth it to know it was done right.

The service was excellent. Great communication, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The plumber was very respectful of our space and did (what looks like) a quality job. They are a bit pricier than other plumbing companies, so that is why I only gave 4 stars. Communication and organization was top notch and I appreciate that.

I had my drains clogged due to excess grease. Mr Rooter showed a few hours after I called on a Sunday. They showed up and in no time were able to unplug my drains. They came back a few days later and flushed out all the excess grease and restored our drains. They did an excellent job and their works are easy to talk to and they explain every thing they do. I highly recommend their services.

Tree roots had blocked sewer pipe at junction with city pipes. This company quickly identified issue and expertly fixed problem, followed by great cleanup and replanting of sod where they had to fig to replace old pipe section.

Very good work by the gentleman that came to take care of a pipe that was liking. We are happy with his work

We are dealing with Mr. Rooter for few years and they are very prompt and amazing service. Their technician are very knowledgeable. Special thanks to John. I was on vacation and sent an email for the service and got the response quickly. John has talked with the tenant and looked after everything. Well done.

Do not leave negative reviews but did respond to Mr Rooter's request for feedback and have heard nothing back though work was done June 5th. Technician was condescending. I wanted to watch him work and whether he thought he was being funny, he commented about me wanting to join the trades several times. I answered several personal questions and when I indicated I was not comfortable answering more, he when I asked what he was doing said he was not comfortable answering. We did not speak the rest of the time and to be honest I did not know if the problem had been fixed until he showed bill on his ipad. Will never use Mr. Rooter again.

The two service crew - Jesse and Christian were very thorough in their workmanship. They were very patient in explaining the work step by step that they were doing when I hovered around. They also were in sync on how they went about doing the work, clean up and leaving the space back in its original state. I would recommend a crew like this, however my only concern for the company would be the cost. - Very expensive.
