When technician Ali was done, didnt even have the courtesy to mention the cotton swabs and make up removers container broke, maybe when he was moving things around while he was working and left the broken container and all the q tips swabs and make up cotton swabs all on the floor and almost got cut from the broken pieces. Very unprofessional. Wont recommend him at all. Service done today June 3, 2024

The Technician did an excellent job for us. It seemed to us that he went over and above what would be considered his normal responsibility.

Plugged Sanitary Line in Basement caused fl00d and was identified with camera. Concrete Floor was broken and clay pipes replaced with PVC. Good, courteous, and efficient work was undertaken quickly.

Very good job. Happy to use Mr. Rooter. Will use you again if we need a plumber.

Amazing service. Omid the supervisor and Victoria are a credit to this company. The work was dirty and messy but the clean up was excellent. The workers who did the excavating removal and replacement of the pipes were prompt, hard working, polite and respectful of my property. I also dealt with Owen and he was also polite and knowledgeable. Im glad this company hires people who are not only professional and knowledgeable but they care about the clients. Its so refreshing dealing with happy people that seem to actually enjoy their work instead of surly grumpy people. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.
