Mr. Rooter Plumbing of GTA reviews (1922)

I was initially quoted $180 (plus tax) flat fee to investigate a leak when contacted over the phone, which suddenly became $190 when the technician arrived. It took him about 45 minutes to find the leak, which I was then quoted $400 (plus tax) for the fix to replace a cracked pipe joint for the drain pipe for a sink. The fix only took about 25 minutes. The final bill was $595 (plus tax), which is $15 more than I was originally quoted for each job in total.

It's not always the case that you come across people who enjoy their jobs and take pride in their work. Mike and his team were professional and hard-working. The job of replacing the original clay pipes under our 100-year-old house and putting in water-proofing and a sump pump to avoid future flooding issues was a laborious one, but the whole team was good-natured and efficient about it. Mike was always available to answer questions or find quick solutions to any problems, keeping us updated at all times. I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

Wandi showed up on time and was very cool and calm to help me with my problem. After looking at the situation he explained how I could save some money. While doing the repair he was answering my questions and I was very pleased. Before the job was done, another tenant brought up an issue and Wandi was pleased to look at that too, again he tried to save me money and tell me what I could do to fix the problem. It was beyond my skills and I asked him to take care of the problem, he did. Wandi is very professional, informative and knows his stuff. Thanks Wandi and Mr. Rooter, this is the second time that I have called on you for help and will not be the last.

Jesse the arrived promptly to my house after we were having a flood in the basement sink. he assessed the situation very quickly and remedied it right away with no fuss. His demeanour was very professional, and Im thoroughly happy with the service.

Dropped something down the drain. No panicking call Mr.Rooter. They came right away and solved the problem as well as replacing the old faucet I wanted done for some time now. All good. Thanks again for a great service call.

We called Mr Rooter to review a water leak in our basement after a renovation contractor had done work on the pipes below the basement cement floor that left our weeping tiles disconnected from draining properly. He came the same day and had to open up the floor and redo the plumbing that was done very very unprofessionally causing the rain water to have nowhere to go but inside the basement. He knew right away what to do as our previous contractor clearly had no idea about what they had done or on what was causing the leak, and how to fix it. It was fixed the next day. Then with the camera he showed me that it would be a good idea to put a liner inside our clay pipe going to the city sewer. I had that liner installed as well a few days later. Resolved the water issue quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with Mike and his crew at Mr Rooter. Anytime of day and even on Sunday he was available to text for any questions I had.

Mr. Rooter clearly cares about their customer's experience. I contacted them by email to book an appointment and very quickly they got back to me. The Licensed plumber was right on time and he did a wonderful job repairing my pop up linkage. That part has frustrated me for years and now thanks to very professional work it works better than it ever did!

Steve was absolutely awesome! He's friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have him around.

Habib was dispatched & he quickly assessed the situation & made the necessary repairs... It was quite a messy job, which I didn't expect! But he was very kind & apologized for the mess (he even offered to clean...) but the leak is no longer leaking & I have my fully functioning bathroom again!

Owen and Jesse came out, figured what they needed got to work and did an amazing job. Would recommend them to anyone. After they were done they cleaned up, very professional.
