    Clogged toilet

    I called Mr. Rooter for a clogged toilet. The plumber suggested we look at the problem with the camera. After that he recommended that we power wash our sewer for $1800. We called another plumber and the problem was fixed by snaking it only for only $300. Please don't trust this company. Update to this review. Nov 2, 2016. The owner of the company (Sean) gave me a call after he saw this review and apologized for what happened. He has given me a full refund and assured me that he will discuss this matter with the plumber who came to my house so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. I am glad that the owner of this company is a honest person.

    Blocked sink and leak

    Bruce from 71 Penn dr, was very knowledgeable and thorough in finding and fixing our problem. He had good suggestions to keep things working. As we're are planning to renovate soon, he only did what was necessary. I was very pleased with him. It's nice to have a job started and finished at once!!

    Backwater valve and replace broken pipe

    Called for what I thought was a plugged toilet/pipe and Robert Plantic from Mr Rooter found that the line leaving the house to the sewer was broken (old clay pipes). He had his crew in the next day to repair quickly and efficiently. Even spent an extra night (staying till 10pm) double checking all of the other lines to make sure the work didn't cause any other issues. Worth every penny, thank you Robert you were fantastic to deal with!!

    Sudden drop in Water Pressure

    This is the second time we've used Mr. Rooter in the past month, and I am SO thankful for the dependable, honest, hardworking and professional plumbing company they are! This time we experienced a sudden and significant drop in pressure in our kitchen faucet. I called Mr. Rooter and within a few hours Robert showed up at our door. Robert was a pleasure to work with, not only did he diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes, but he also assessed the entire kitchen plumbing system and advised us how we could increase the water pressure even more. And the difference in pressure, after having Robert complete all of the repairs, is unbelievable! We found Robert to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He even worked through his lunch break to complete our job. Don't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter - highly recommend! A belated shout out to Phil and Eugene too! They completed two jobs for us several weeks ago and they were professional, dilligent, hardworking and amazing to work with!

    Master bathroom sink/instal wash tub in basement

    Everything was expertly done,Gregg took great care in ensuring things were done properly and efficiently . I was very pleased with his work. He is credit to your organization.

    Bathroom pipes and faucet replacement

    My parents needed some repairs done in their bathrooms. We have used Mr.Rooter before and have always been impressed with their service. So we did not hesitate to call on them again. The technician Bruce was very thorough with his work, very professional and explained everything to us. Very happy with the final result.

    Sewage pipes repair and replacement, toilet replacement, tub back up water problems

    Excellent work done by Mr. Rooter to have our sewage problems fixed and replaced. They are fast and get the job done quickly. I would like to specially mention Phil Stinner, our go-to person every time we had sewage/plumbing problems. He is very professional, reliable and dependable and has a personable attitude which my husband and I like because we can ask him about anything regarding the materials and repair. He also goes out of his way to accommodate us on short notice which is excellent. Thanks for always doing a great job, Phil!

    Replace shower cartridge

    Great service by Mr Rooter technician-Bruce, explained exactly what the problem was and provide me with a quote. He also provided me with some advice should I ever have the same issue again. The shower is now working properly.

    Robert Cassel

    I recently had the main drain at our bar cleared of a blockage and our technician, Robert Cassel, was fantastic. Not only did he fix our problem in a professional and expedient manner, he also educated me as to how I might go about avoiding this potential problem in the future and also what to try to fix some of the smaller problems. I would absolutely use this company again and I would definitely request Robert.
