    Replace Shower Tap

    New Canadian Drain and Plumbing is the only plumbing company will call for all our plumbing work. A little over a week ago, we had a plumbing problem, it was not an emergency, but it needed to be resolved quickly. We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing within an hour Nima arrived. We were particularly happy to see him again because Nima had resolved a serious plumbing issue for us on New Year's Day 2023, no less. Once again he was very professional, thorough and personable. He assessed the problem, went out and got the part that was required and had everything completed within two hours. Not only that, but we also asked him to do some caulking which he did again with his usual professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I only wish that all my interactions with other businesses would be as pleasant, professional and Prompt. Thank you new Canadian and thank you Nima. Greg Turko

    Fixed plugged drain

    My kitchen sink drain was plugged and I called New Canadians first thing Monday morning. In less than hour, Volodymr arrived and began work. It took him a few hours, but the sink drain is fixed and Volodymr also replaced all the drain piping under the sink. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate. I am very happy with the quick and quality service.

    Toilet (Closet) Flange overcharge

    I was replacing my toilet. After removing the old one, I found the flange to be broken. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing at the advice of a friend. The plumber came and ultimately bolted a new flange on top of the old flange. This companys price book for repair/replace toilet flange shows a price of $980, which is not reflective of the work performed in my home. I did not want to be arguing with the plumber, so I contacted the company afterwards. They initially agreed to refunding me $100 (although $300 would be more fair), but then reneged on this offer. I would encourage anyone to carefully consider all of their options if you need to call someone for this kind of work!

It was only after speaking to your partner that you began to communicate your dissatisfaction with the price, although they were not present during the service. We stand by the amount charged as services in condo can be difficult to complete. As you are a good customer, we offered to refund $100 in good faith, to which you continuously refused, insisting that we should return $300.     Major water service repair

    I would highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. We had a significant leaking water service in our front yard, which was leaking into our finished basement. They came to our house within an hour, and we had a crew of 7 start the major construction repair the next morning. It was a 3 day job and they worked non-stop from 8:30am to 9:30pm. They explained everything to us along the way and worked very hard under difficult site conditions. After the repairs were completed, we were also very impressed with the clean-up. We would 100% recommend them for future work.

    Great professional plumbers

    I had an issue with my toilet not working as it should. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they had Keivan come out to look at it the same day. He was very friendly and professional.     Clay drain replacement

    Was renovating washroom. Clay pipes were broken and they replaced them. They also replaced drain from house to city property line. This was 2 jobs. Great service & workers. Professional job. No complaints. Would hire again without a second thought.

    Fixture installation: installing a new toilet and pipe repair.

    The New Canadian Drain And Plumbing LTD Company provided me with an installation of a new toilet and pipe repair service. The customer service was very professional and very attentive to my request. The plumber performed an amazing job in my washroom.     Faucet and toilet replacement

    Keivan arrived within 30minutes of placing the call. I thought that was prompt!! He came and assessed the situation with my toilet and sink faucet and gave us the best alternatives that can last longer. He was very professional in the manner that he conducted himself as well as in delivering the service. I am impressed by the excellent job that he has done.
