Hired New Canadian Drainage to fix a clogged bath tub. I already had the section of the ceiling removed to expose the pipe. Anyways, the guy came over and cut the pipe in three spots and removed the obstruction. When he mended the pipe he used the proper copper couplings on two of the cuts. However, since he ran out of copper couplings he used a rubber coupling with clamps on the third cut. This in my mind is not very professional. If I'm paying $500 I want him to do the job properly. To add to the frustration he asked me to go to home depot and get the coupling for him since he didn't have it. Anyways, he did complete the job. I would have been fine with the work had he not complained so much. I realize I'm not going to get the same level of customer service from a plumbing company that I'm going to get from a bank but this was ridiculous. He spent a good 5 minutes complaining and cursing under his breath when I asked him to replace the coupling.

I'm trying to renovate my bathroom but ran into some problems. Called Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they came the same day. Khem was very good. Answered my questions. He was very neat and cleaned up after. I am very pleased with the service.

Needed to upgrade water service from city to house as city was upgrading their supply. Got quote from city contractor which was $1,000 more than comparable quote from New Canadian. The work was completed and the house and yard left tidy and clean, compared to the city contractors who left a large mess. Very good work, great price and nice people!!!!

Nice and sunny morning begun with horrible smell in my basement. My relative is in construction business recommended to me New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. They discovered that the problem was on the front loan of my house. Even though we had a huge pile of dirt during the working process, after the job was done mess was cleaned and the problem was fixed. And most off all there is no horrible smell any more.

Genna and Sergei were the greatest Friday I called New Canadian Drain and pluming Ltd in regards leaky basement. In less than 3 hours Stephen the plumbing Technician showed up in front of my door with smile on his face, in very short time he suggested inside waterproofing and how he will do it. Monday morning before 9am Stephen and his crew showed up on time as promised. And started to work on the project. That including some digging and cutting dry wall and studs I left to work when I come back home to my surprise there was absolutely no debris in front of my house. They left me clean parking lot every single day The job was finished in 3 days and every day they removed all the debris and junk from my property I was so pleased and happy to have that two professional guys( Genna and Sergei.) to do inside waterproofing . If I ever need waterproofing in future I would never hire any one except that two guys. Bravo Genna and Sergei . Million thanks from bottom of my heart for the job well done. Once the job were done and the cement dried out Stephen came back on time as usual and put back my washer and dryer. After the job completed I paid the balanced I owed them and we shake hands again Now I have 25 years warranty ( labour and parts included) From day one to end, I was always in touch with Stephen on phone about the project and every time I called him to his cell phone he answered the phone talked to me and he always answered me in very well mannered way. He is exceptionally nice and friendly guy. Once again thank you to all of you

Dave came to our home to deliver a quote to replace up to 3 sections of exit drain line from our home to the city line. He convinced us to let him use his camera as he did not want to give a "blind" quote. We saw only roots in the trap,no other major damage to the clay drain tiles but were not able to see further. After they dug up and removed the old cast iron cleanout & trap, the camera showed major root damage from there to the city line - beyond was OK. The work just doubled and so did the digging and mess. Done - they installed a double cleanout. The best part, a few weeks earlier, we had major landscaping work, with new interlock, and the driveway was dug up and repaved, and bordered with interlock. Their backfilling and clean up was the most gratifying vision for my wife and I. You could barely tell that they had been there. They also replanted the flowers and bedding plants, that were dug up from their work area, into the flower garden. These few plants had originally been placed into a river rock setting. I would readily recommend New Canadian Plumbing and Drain to anyone.

I have had a constant issue with water leaking into the basement of my building. As we are situated in Yorkville we cannot waterproof from the exterior,there is no room. I contacted New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.They're Technician arrived and stated that this can be done from the interior. I went ahead with the work required. The work was done in a very quick,clean and profesionnal way. It has rained since the work was done and I haven't seen any leaks. Thank you very much to all at New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. Problem happened at night time when I had people over to my house. Toilet wasn't flushing. We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they managed to send plumber to my house right away. He fixed the toilet and I am very happy with their Immediate service.

We recently had new Canadian Drain and Plumbing do a major overhaul of our sewage system. This involved replacing the original 1937 cast iron stack with ABS, and digging and replacing our entire sewer line right to the city junction.Since they had to dig up a portion of our basement to complete the work, we also had them rough in a bathroom in the basement and install a backflow valve while they were at it. It was a large expensive job, but we knew it needed to be done. The guys from New Canadian were polite, professional, and hard working. I was not only impressed with the job they did, but also with the way they did their best to minimize the impact of the work on our family. I highly recommend them.
