    Plumbing

    Eek, the hopelessly stopped toilet! Kim arrived promptly, explained and resolved the problem, and WOW did a thorough clean up job afterwards. I did not have to restore the environment. I was so touched. New CN Drain & Plumbing is usually right up there, but today's Kim was exceptional!

    Bathroom Bathtub

    We had a problem with our bathtub for a few months. My husband tried to plunge it couple times, but it worked only for a while and then started again. After we decided to call New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. They came the same day and the problem was fixed.Now it works fine for more then a month. Thank you Khem for a great job!

    Snake Drain

    Approximately a month ago my Daughter had an overflow from her toilet, it was backed up and it was a mess. We tried clearing the toilet ourselves but it wouldn't move. We needed professionals to come in and do the job, so we called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing and they showed up promptly. The plumber Jocelyn knew exactly what to do and he suggested the best cost efficient approach to the problem would be snaking, and we agreed. With in minutes the toilet was off and the drain was being snaked. I can haply say. The main drain has been clear ever since, thanks for a good clean efficient job!

    Main sewer line blockage/re-lining

    When our floor drain backed up sewage a few days before Thanksgiving, with a new baby in the house, we were not happy. They came out and tried to unblock the drains from the inside, but it turned out that exterior excavation was needed (a city tree had roots in our drain) and the trap was plugged up. I don't know how it worked up until that day! They did everything - called the city works dept, got the permits and inspector to come out as needed, helped us with the city's paperwork to get a grant for a portion of the cost. I felt confident in their work.

    Problems with pipes

    The contractor showed up on time (and how rare is that?) and went right to work. He was able to replace our bathtub's plumbing in under two hours, and had all the parts he needed in the van. Secondary item was cutting/capping some orphaned pipes in our back room. Also handled quickly and with minimal impact. Highly recommended! Joseph

    Basement Waterproofing

    We hired New Canadian to increase pipe width to improve water pressure. They came on time and got the job done quickly. Two days later, we had heavy rain and the basement flooded. We called New Canadian back and they recommended water proofing the external back wall to solve the problem. Now, one year later, our basement has not had any problems with water seeping in through the walls.

    plumbing service, basement wall waterproofing

    One beautiful autumn morning, just after the first snow started to melt, we discovered our newly purchased home to be terribly leaking in the basement area. The problem was an external leakage caused by poorly insulated basement wall. We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. (the company we heard about from our friends).The response was immediate, they arrived within an hour. The problem was solved in two days. The team was very professional, experienced and friendly. We were especially impressed with the cleanup after the job - you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the work area and the rest of the lawn. We would definitely recommend this company to everybody who wants their plumbing problems to be fixed quickly, professionally and for the reasonable price.

    basement waterproofing

    Igor and his crew were extremely professional. They did the job promptly (sooner than expected) and they were extremely thorough and did a wonderful job. They also cleaned up after each day and finished the job quickly even working late into the night. We are so happy we hired New Canadian Plumbing for the job and would definately use them again and recommend them to others.

    check valve intalletion

    check valve We got city sewer backup on Aug. 4, 2009 in our basement. The same day we called technician from New Canadian Drain. The technician came immediately with the camera and told us that we got city sewer coming in to our basement. It was raining so much, that city sewer was not kipping up with the job. The same nice technician suggested installing check valve outside. The check valve would be closing, in cause if the city sewer would be coming again to our house. (In cause it will be raining a lot again…) 4 days later right before the second heavy rain in Toronto we had our check valve installed. And the day later the owner of New Canadian Drain and Plumbing called us and ask if we had any problems after the rain. That’s what I call nice customer service! Beside that, technician redirected our sub pumps to pump the water outside. Before it was pumping the water to the city sewer – one of the reasons why we got sewer backup. All that work was done in one day and at a reasonable price. And on top of that we have 25 YARS WARANTY ON ALL REPLACEMEN! It’s good to have for resale value too :o) Also, our interlocking stone was put buck after the check valve was installed. THANK YOU NEW CANADIAN DRAIN & PLUMBING! GOOD JOB! We will definitely recomend to all our friends :o)

    drain unclogging

    I had my kitchen sink drain clogged, could not do anything about it even after putting couple of bottles of drain opener down. Didn't help a lot. After couple of days it was all the same again. Water was going down slow and it was really getting me. Finally I was angry enough , took YP, opened plumbing section and saw a big colorful ad with the baby boy who was born to be a plumber. I liked the idea a lot and decided to call, never felt sorry about it. They sent me a technician at a set time, he put the snake down the drain and in half an hour the water was draining properly as if my sink and pipes were brand new. The technician was very neat, no mess at all. He also gave me some tips of how to prevent clogging in future. I was very pleased with the service I was given and recommend you to call this company, don't hesitate.
