    Quick effective friendly service

    Tony and the team at New Canadian Plumbing solved my intractable toilet problem after all other attempts failed. I was really grateful for the quick response and cheerful service. Definitely value for the money.

    Drain Repair

    Sheldon and his crew provided prompt punctual and polite service at a fair price. not the first time I have used this company never been disapointed

    Plumbing Service

    Winford was great, personable, and professional. Confirm work done and explain how replacement pipe in the basement works for the back yard shut off. First time using company, very happy with service.

    Drip underneath sink

    Job was not fixed. Plumber had to come three times. Finally he said I needed a new faucet and to install would be an additional $360.00 on top of what I already paid. Called the office and they basically didnt care and kept saying he came out three times. Thats because he didnt diagnose the problem correctly.

    Our technician came to your home when you called about a leak which was caused by a hole in the rusted water supply hose. Our technician recommended the replacement of the shut off valves and faucet along with the water supply line to which you refused the recommendation and only completing the hose replacement. Each time you contacted our company, we had our technician come to you and make the same recommendation to which you continue to refuse. We did our best to assist you in the matter, however, we are limited as we must respect your decision as a homeowner.     What a relief!

    I was procrastinating on fixing a dripping bathtub faucet and then it suddenly turned into a steady stream. The shower plunger also seemed ready to break at any second - which would have been dire. I saw the New Canadian van parked in my neighbourhood, so I gave them a call. Tony was here the next morning, right on time. As the old faucet handle was seized, he had to cut it off and run to the supply store for more parts. The whole job was still completed within a couple of hours. Tony was very nice and professional, and Im so pleased its finally done! I will definitely call this company again for any future plumbing jobs. Thank you!

    Kitchen sink snaking and sump pump installation

    I recently had the pleasure to hire New Canadian services, through a friend's recommendation, for two separate services in my home. They snaked the kitchen sink and installed a sump pump for me. The quality and speed of their service is impressive as they resolved my problem with ease, also their staff was really friendly and professional during the whole process, leaving no messes behind after the job was done. Definitely Ill call this company again if I have another plumbing problem at my house.

    Shower Cartridge Problem After 4 Months

    In May 2023, I experienced water dripping from faucet and paid ~$450 to replace entire shower cartridge + hardware by Nima. After 4 months, hot water stopped coming out from the same faucet. We called Nima and without looking inside the faucet system, he insisted that it must be a problem with the condo building leaving sediment causing a clog and that I need to pay him another $320 to fix it. We related this issue to condo management and they said that no other units had this issue and since it was localized to the same shower, it must be cartridge problem again. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and after going back and forth, Nima still insisted I pay, but a little less at $250 instead. However, at that point, I've already started having doubts because we've never had hot water just suddenly stop working. What is the probability of this happening only to this shower where the entire cartridge and hardware are already replaced but not happen to say the second washroom? So, I decided to find a new plumber. The new plumber who fixed the issue said that the problem is indeed a result of poor workmanship. I'm sharing my experience here because I hope others don't have to deal with what I have experienced. My condo management said that other plumbing companies offer warranty on their work. Unfortunately, it seems like this does not apply to New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

    You initially contacted our office after another plumber had been there to attempt to fix the leaking shower faucet and had damaged the handle. Our technician went to the site and installed a new delta cartridge as well as the handle for the shower. After installation of the new cartridge and handle, he tested the shower, and it were functioning properly then and for the 4 months that followed. You contacted our office 4 months later stating there was an issue with the faucet again to which we had our technician return. When our technician returned, it was found that debris had come into the cartridge. We can not offer warranty for debris coming into the cartridge resulting from the building turning off and on the water to the whole building as this is out of our control. Also, debris clogging the cartridge has nothing to do with workmanship therefore is not our responsibility. As a result, a service charge needed to be made to assist with the issue to which you refused to proceed. We communicated with you during each step and visit regarding your situation and had our technician return to the site each time you contacted our office. However, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way and we hope to continue working with you in the future. From New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

    Customer Service & Work - Great!

    Our church building experienced sewage backup and flooding. We called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd., late Sunday afternoon, and within 40 minutes, Danny showed up. He quickly accessed the situation and was honest about what was taking place. We had to contact the City of Toronto before going any further. NCD&P came back on Monday, reassessed the problem, and went to work! Twelve hours of intense work on Wednesday with multiple people on our site, and the job was done. Special thanks to Danny and the team for their work ethic and getting the job done.

    Leaky bathtub

    Had a leaky bathtub that had water dripping down into the dining room light fixture. New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. was very responsive to my call. The plumber Masoud was at my house within an hour. Masoud was extremely professional and took the time to explain the issues at hand and my options to fix them. After his work was done, he remained for a test run to make sure I was totally satisfied. I certainly was and I highly recommend Masoud and New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd . Will be using them in future plumbing problems.
