    Toilet repair

    Toilet repair needed,within one hour of contacting the company the repairman had arrived and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I will be contacting your company for certain the next time I have any issue with my kitchen or bathroom. Extremely reliable company. Thank you

    Tub drain replacement

    Nima was extremely professional. He detected the source of our leak after a careful examination of every possible cause. Very professional, fast, and efficient. Replaced our tub spout and properly sealed it in, which was something that the previous people failed to do. Would highly recommend!

    Leaking tap in the kichen

    Nima arrived at our home, very quickly identified the issue. He dealt with the leaking tap, fitted a replacement piece of equipment. He was professional and I would highly recommended him to others needing help.

    Toilet replacement

    Masoud arrived and assessed the situation. The toilet was 18 - 20 years old. We were hoping to repair but after extensive enquiries it was determined there were no parts available. We discussed our options with Masoud and decided on an American Standard toilet. He was efficient and thorough, returning with the new toilet in a reasonable time. We were very pleased with the communication, speed of work and his cleanup. We would ask for him specifically if we required further services.

    Arrived in 20 minutes and fixed & paid for 2 hrs later

    Snaked my kitchen sink and used Green Gobbler but the worst clog ever wasnt moving. Called New Canadian at 8:40am and Winford arrived 20 minutes later. Unfortunately even his auger couldnt clear the clog. Turns out my id**t ex-hubby and his contractor buddy installed the drainpipe in our crawl space with a sag so over 10 yrs it accumulated. Winford knew exactly where the clog would be, crawled in my sand-filled crawl space, cut the pipe, cleared it, and replaced. Not even 2 hours later Im typing this with the dishwasher running. Fast, knowledgeable, efficient. Worth every penny.

    Fast and fair

    Fast and effective service. Masoud was professional and helpful. I would call again the next time I need a plumber.

    Cleared a blocked kitchen sink

    Massoud came within an hour. He was polite and efficient. He explained each step and the reason for it. He took great care to keep our kitchen clean. Everything was done in about 1 and 1/2 hours.

    Drain replacement

    After our basement drain backed up we contacted new Canadian to assess. They responded promptly and help us replace a large run of clay pipe that had been taken over by tree roots. Tony and his team worked extremely hard to get the job done quickly with minimal inconvenience to our family.

    Replacing drain pipes

    We had drain problems & sewer backup issues. Our old clay drain pipes were clogged with tree roots. New Canadian thoroughly repaired these damaged and aging drain pipes in an economical and timely manner. The team of workers -- Sebastian, Oleksandr, Esteban, Arash, B.K. and Tony (and others?) -- worked tirelessly in extreme summer heat. The work went smoothly & professionally. It looked almost as if nothing had ever happened to our front garden (where the work was done) once they were finished! Great to work with, no problems.

    Leaky Bathroom Pipe

    We discovered a leak coming onto our kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. We called New Canadian Plumbing on a Sunday night of a long weekend and Masoud was at our place Monday morning. He was polite and knowledgable, quickly assessed the damage and got to work. Two copper elbow joints were replaced, one was the leaky one, the other was done as a preventative measure. Masoud was kind and courteous, cut as little into the ceiling as possible and cleaned up after the work was done. Would not hesitate in calling on Masoud again.
