We respectfully disagree with the statements made in this review. During our initial visit 4 years ago regarding the issue, we had advised to replace the entire pipe to provide a permanent solution to the leak. However, the homeowner declined this option due to concerns with cutting out the ceiling and floors. We provided the homeowner with a temporary solution to the leak and advised that the leak will happen again in the future. As a business, we operate professionally, follow building codes, and always seek the homeowner's permission before proceeding with any work. As the homeowner decided not to go ahead with the repair of the entire pipe and only wanted the temporary fix, that is all we completed as we can not force anyone to complete any work on their homes. As stated by the homeowner, we have completed many jobs for them and if we were truly “job [creating] at the customer’s expense”, then those other jobs would have provided issues as well. We stand by our commitment to assisting homeowners in resolving the issues and providing our professional solution, but we also respect the homeowner’s decisions regarding there own homes.
