    Punctual, Professional & Job Well Done!

    These guys were great. They showed up on very short notice and fixed the water line that was coming in from the city. The work involved co-ordinating with the city, repairing the water line and then patching the hole in the basement wall.

    Faucet Installation

    My tenant was experiencing a drip in the washroom faucet so I had a limited amount of time to repair the issue. The booking process was seamless, the tech, Habib, arrived onsite promptly for the appointment. He was able to narrow the issue quickly and provided 2 options. I opted for faucet replacement which he had in the truck (I valued a quick but good fix over cost - would have been cheaper to by the part myself I assume). After the replacement he went through a test to ensure the faucet wasn't dripping, the pipes were not sweating and everything seemed to be fine.

    Fast service. High quality workmanship.

    I had several plumbing issues. Majid came and made an evaluation, he gave me a few options in terms of materials & price. He got the job done the same day. Majid worked extremely quickly and efficiently. He even managed to solve some of the issues without the need of new materials, and was able to re-connect the original parts, which saved me a lot of money and no mess left behind, a very diligent worker. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend him.

    Backed up toilet and shower

    1. Job which should be done in 3-4 hours took 10 hrs. 2. I asked for written warranty for new pump and did not get it. 3. I asked technician for a picture of new pump and I didnt get it. 4. Workers didnt take steps to minimize the mess, left the place filthy and used my tenants towels to contain sewer spill. 5. Technician was asked to lock the front door and leave the key with the neighbor. He left the door unlocked and the key on the countertop. After this review The company apologized for leaving the door unlocked and provided written warranty.

    Bathroom Plumbing

    Mark did an excellent job fixing the broken overflow in our shower, as well as a blocked sink and shower drain. He explained everything to us ahead of time and walked through the process step by step. Pricing was upfront and transparent. Would happily call him again.

    major overhaul

    Had major work done. Replaced stack, new sewer drain, new plumbing everywhere, basement wall water proofing. Mark managed everything and was very carefully and did amazing work. The whole crew were nice and very carful with the house.

    Tub diverter replacement

    My email inquiry got a prompt reply and based on my details they provided a quote so we set set up the no obligation appointment to suit my schedule. Habib arrived on time with the appropriate tools and replacement fixture. He assessed the problem with the tub diverter and gave us an accurate quote inline with the first one. Habib was quick to replace the fixture with a professional and informative attitude. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service.

    I would recommend this company

    I used New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to install a new toilet in my condo unit when the water tank on my old toilet cracked, and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Here's what I liked about them: They gave me a one-hour time slot when they would arrive (some other plumbers could only give a four hour slot) and arrived within that hour. When I called, they had me speak to one of their plumbers over the phone. He knew exactly what I was talking about and what needed to be done, and was able to provide a price over the phone. They had a similar basic American Standard toilet to my existing toilet in stock, and were able to arrive with it. They disposed of the old toilet for me. The plumber, Esteban, did a good job. These things are always somewhat messy but he did the work professionally and efficiently, and he put in a good effort to keep things tidy. I will certainly call New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for future needs.

    Excellent Service

    Shendon and his crew replaced cracked old sewer lines under the basement floor -- a big job done well by an excellent team! Highly recommend New Canadian.

    Unclog Sink and Install New Pipes

    Amazing service! We had a clogged sink in our condo. After trying to fix this ourselves to no avail, we decided to call a professional. We called New Canadian Drain on Sunday Morning and within an hour Mark the plumber was at our condo. I want to thank Edita the dispatcher for your professional and efficient service in setting up the meeting. Mark, the plumber, was friendly and took the time to explain the issue. He solved what was for us a hassle with ease and ensured our plumbing was in good order. Mark, we are so grateful. Thank you for your service that was very much needed!
