    clogged Kitchen Sink

    The company was prompt in answering our call and sending a plumber. Charged $400 for work and did not resolve the issue. Estimated another $1000 - $2000 to fix and instilled little confidence the job would get done. We called another plumber and resolved for less than $400. In our opinion the plumber was not properly trained or equipped. Terrible customer follow up and service. Our experience was very disappointing and would not recommend this company.

    Excellent service/Exellent Quality work

    11/10/2022 Certified Plumbing Technician Mark was very prompt to answer my call and came right away to my home to inspect and check out my washroom shower spout with the water pressure not flowing to the shower head. I had provided my own brand new Moen shower faucet set that was installed by him back in July 2022. He took his time patiently to explain to me that there was no defect with my faucet or has anything to do with the installation causing the imbalance inconsistent with the water flow not flowing up to my shower head. There was no problem; he provided useful tips as to what to do to relieve the pressure from the show spout so water can flow properly up to the shower head. Also he provided an alternative option I can consider and didn't charge me for the service follow up call to come to my home to check it out. He was very dedicated, focused, and spent well over 3+ hrrs with a difficult job working in tight space to install my brand new Moen shower faucet set in my condo unit bathroom that I had provided. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and his professional quality work. Thanks very much. Sincerely, MLiu

    driveway catch basin clean out

    I want to say thank you to staff member George for his work on a driveway catch basin clean-out. George was very pleasant to work with and I was quite pleased with the result!

    Clogged toilet

    George was very efficient and effective. He was able to clear the blockage in under five minutes and resolved what had been a lingering issue in less than 15 minutes from hello to goodbye. Would hire again.

    Basement drain and drain pipe replacement

    George explained the problems of my basement drain and provided me a solution. He is very knowledgeable and responsible. His team finished the whole project only with in 2 days. I am very satisfied with the job and definitely refer him and the company name to my friends.

    Bathroom toilet repairs

    I hired New Canadian Drain & Plumbing because I have had them work for me in the past and they have always done a fine job. The New Canadian plumber who repaired my toilets this time, Winston McGregor, was very helpful and did an excellent job. He arrived within an hour of my requesting this service, quickly identified the problem and obtained the necessary replacements parts, installed them, then ensured the toilets were working properly. In addition to the excellent work, he was very nice to deal with.

    Fix clawfoot bathtub plumbing and replace toilet

    Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. George it was a real Pro and will be calling again. Clawfoot tub was a unique problem and he figured out a way to fix it. Exploratory work to subfloor regarding toilet on second floor was also performed.

    Water valve replacement

    We had an emergency with a burst water valve, called New Canadian and AMIR arrived within the hour. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

    Supply and install shutoff for outdoor hose, install ball 1/2" ball valve inside basement

    This was a rather complicated job on an old mid-century bungalow. The work was clearly explained before commencing. It was done within very confined spaces in a finished basement and outside. Mark was courteous, arrived promptly, and did an excellent job, clearly a master plumber!!!! Highly recommended!
