    Great service

    New Canadian Drain and Plumbing were amazing. They came within 2 hours (super responsive). Winford was professional, polite, knowledgable and hard working. He had my problem resolved in record time. He went above and beyond. I will definitely call New Canadian Drain and Plumbing again. Thanks Winford!

    Plumbing/drain repair

    Kitchen & laundry room drains totally backed up. Needed camera inspection, painstaking reset of 30' drain pipe slope, roto-rooting and power-washing of drains; about 7 hours work. Camera tool showed the drain is now totally clear and flowing smoothly. Meticulous and great clean-up. George and Allan did a great job and were very personable, explaining how to avoid this issue in future as well as setting up a strategy and follow-up process. Explained things to my wife and daughters, too. I feel very confident now and they are definitely on my contacts list.

    Replacement of main stack & drain pipe to the city connection

    Our house is from the 1890s. Everything below grade was original & disintegrating. Tony from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing with his team Mohammed, Sebastian & Emmanuel explained everything that needed to be done, ran a camera down the length of the old clay pipe so I could see the bad condition it was in, provided me with a price on the spot (within minutes) then worked very hard to accomplish this pretty big task as quickly as possible. It took 5 days to complete & there were only 2 short periods where I couldnt use any of my plumbing. There was very little disruption of my services. The guys were polite, protected my floors, cleaned up well & left my basement in better shape then they found it in.

    Repair house drain

    House drain was blocked so all water and sewage bubbled up a basement drain. Called New Canadian Drain. They came to look and quote within 2 hours. Next morning at 9 a full crew arrived as promised. Very professional, friendly, tidy and conscientious. Completed the work by 5 pm. You can hardly tell they were there.

    Back Water Valve and extensive drain work

    We recently contracted New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to install a back water valve and do some extensive main drain renovations. We found their on site staff very professional and helpful. Their management team was also accessible and co-operative. We are are pleased and re-assured to have had this work done.

    Replacing all fixtures in ensuite and kitchen

    I used George, from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing when I had to replace fixtures in my ensuite and kitchen. George was a delight to work with. He was very friendly and extremely helpful in finding the best products for my needs. He worked efficiently and left the areas he was working in, clean and useable.     Valve replacements.

    Fixing and replacing toilets in a house

    We got a quote within minutes after submitting a request on Home Stars. George came on the day agreed to, made a diagnosis, gave us a quote and booked us an appointment for a few days later. George and Allan came on the scheduled day. Were here right on time. Fixed or replaced 4 toilets in less than 4 hours. Very efficient and very clean. No bad surprises. Very happy with the service.

    Disaster averted right on time

    My phone call was answered right away & technician was promised to arrive within 1.5 hours. Tony was here even faster than that. Excellent work cleaning the clogged drain stack. Tony also provided recommendations on how to avoid the same problem in the future. It does cost $$, but it's still way better than fixing flood aftermath on the second floor of the house...
