    Sink repair

    Wasal was able to diagnose the issue with low water pressure quickly and provide a solution. He left the work area clean and tidy, after handling the problem. Highly recommended.

    Repaired bathtub and replaced tap

    George repaired our bathtub spout and also replaced one of our taps that was stuck in place and took extra effort to take apart before replacing with a new one. He arrived on time, gave a fair quote and clearly explained the work he was doing. He also took the time to nicely clean up the areas he worked. Overall, George did a great job and was very pleasant - would certainly recommend to others.

    Basic sewage backup repair beyond contractor's skills

    Came promptly to deal with sewage backup due to a plugged drain, good! Couldn't clear the drain despite hours of snaking, no so good. Found the site of the problem by scoping, so good again. I called in a competitor for a second opinion. Drain cleared next day within 10 minutes of the workman setting up, and drain repair completed the following day for $1000 less than the price quoted by New Canadians. Called to ask New Canadians whether they'd consider reducing the charge for the unsuccessfully snaking of the drain (clearing the plug allowed us limited use of toilets/sinks while repairs scheduled), and got a hostile response. Not so good. The competitor called in technicians to address sewage damage, schedule clean up, repairs, and interface with insurers. None of these other services were in New Canadians' wheelhouse.

    Quick (and perfect) Shower Fix

    What we thought was just a loose shower faucet handle (we couldnt turn our water on or completely off!) ended up being more than that and beyond our skills. We called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing and they were there the same day, showed us exactly what was wrong and replaced the part that was damaged and worn. Wynford was knowledgeable, told us everything that was going on and was done everything in record time. Would absolutely call and use them again!!

    Backwater valve, sewer clean out

    We had to call a plumber ASAP, as we had a major flood in our basement. We called NEW CANADIAN, and they responded and arrived within the hour. The basement flooding was a disaster ! We had a sewer backup from the city sewer pipe! Nima and his team identified the problems and commenced the work immediately. The basement drain and new piping needed to be replaced which required the cement floor to be dug up to place PVC piping ,along with a backwater valve( BWV) and a sewer clean out. The disruption to the household was minimal in terms of water and sewer useage . The worked quickly, and efficiently. The repair job included replacing the cement work to the floor. They provided an access point for both the BWV and sewer clean out. They were easy to work with and very helpful in providing me with photos of the work they were doing . This is my mothers home and I am 4000 km away making the necessary arrangements. They were very reassuring, polite, confident, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the basement and did a great job.     Service in Minutes - Fixed Leaking Toilet

    Had some water showing up around the base of my toilet - called New Canadian and Tony was at my house within the hour! No cost to have him come out and quote, which was great, and he seemed to know what was wrong right away. He needed a second person for the job (Alan), who also came quickly, and the two of them found and fixed the problem quickly. Polite, masked, and cleaned up (even put the bath mats back). He looked at a couple of other issues I asked about, but had no problem when I said no to the quote for the extra work (which wasnt urgent). Very happy with the speed and service provided!

    Excellent catch removal and backwater valve installation

    We own an old Victorian house in Toronto with pipes to the city that needed attention. Nima and Vahid did an excellent job removing the old catch and replacing the system with PVC and a backwater valve to the city. They were always very polite and professional and left the place spotless. The job required a lot of digging in a small spot but they took extra care not to ruin original iron fence. They even removed and repotted our lilac bush to protect it from any harm! They have now promised to take the next steps to get the paperwork done so we can apply for a city rebate on the job. We cannot not recommend them enough. They were professional, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and great to work with. Thank you guys.

    Snaking

    Clogged pipes. Issue resolved in less than half hours. Cleaned after he was done. Would highly recommend.

    Install new kitchen faucet

    This is the first time I have used New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Services. Nima did an excellent job of installing a new faucet in my kitchen. He was very efficient and professional and left th work area very clean. I would definitely recommend this company and would request Nima for any additional work I need.
