    Clogged sink

    Sink was clogged pretty bad in my condo. We thought it was a simple task but when Mark assessed the situation we learnt that it was much more critical as the clogging was across bathtub, and kitchen sink as well. He spent about 4 hrs getting the issue solved and didn’t stop until it was completely clear. He advised us about hanging a faucet that was also broken since it could cause flooding if left as it was. Overall good experience, they came just a couple of hours after I called.

    Kitchen sink snake & under sink pipe replacement.

    Fifteen year old plumbing construction errors hastened the accumulation of grease in a pipe with very little slope. The sink connections were all glued with no removable section for maintenance and no effective venting. Esteban was very a knowledgable, hard working and effective plumber. Thank you so much!

    Water tank removal

    Mark was friendly, he arrived on time and was very professional. He assed the issue and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Mark completed the job quickly and we are very happy with his service.

    Repair bathtub and shower faucets

    We called at 10:00 in the morning for the repair job and Habib arrived at noon. Assessed the work project and gave a free quote for the job. If you're not satisfied with the quote no cost involved. We were very satisfied with his work and the care he took in completing it. He even had to find a replacement part off site for our older faucet. He was very courteous and explained the work he had done. Would certainly use this company again.

    Replacing drain pipe

    Response to call timely and speedy service. The plumber came the same day and was ready to tackle an excavate and pipe replacement the next day. He was focus and got the job done in one day. Very satisfied with their performance and efficiency.

    Toilet Snaking

    I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and, within 30 minutes, Esteban has arrived. Shortly thereafter he had resolved the problem and, at his own initiative also fixed another small but nagging problem. He was very professional, skilled and personable. We have used New Canadian in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I have also recommended this business to friends and neighbours. I had just come home from hospital after knee surgery so I greatly appreciated the quick and efficient service. Thank you Esteban and New Canadian, Greg

    Toilet Replacement

    I called yesterday to get my toilet replaced and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing were the only ones who were available immediately. I booked my appointment for the next day and Marc showed up. He was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour. However, the price was slightly expensive.

    Fixing the kitchen leaks under the sink that came from two different places

    I called the same company I used a while ago to fix the basement washroom I called them because I still remember the good job that Mark did. So the company sent him to me today and as usual he did a fantastic job. I like Mark because he is honest,respectful, and concentrating of doing a good job Thank you Mark I will never hesitate to call him again when needed Joseph

    Fixed Drain

    Sink and dishwasher clogged. Fast response, polite, friendly service from Marc. Will recommend. Sink and dishwasher work now, were very happy. Overall good experience. Will call if we need anything else.

    Plumbling

    Winford was amazing... he was on time...he had his marks on...he guided me to what was wrong with my toilet... I had a supply and install a new toilet... highly recommend...thanks again to the team...job well done
