    Very professional service

    The plumber George is very professional and friendly, much better than the plumber I hired a few years ago. He is very patient explain to me how all the pipes run inside my house and underground. He showed me what is the problem of the blockage. He put a professional electrical snake to fix the blockage and show me in the camera after the fix. A+ service. I strongly recommended George.

    Plumbing

    Excellent plumber named Mark came to fix a kitchen leak. Professional, quick to respond and very effective. Solved our problem quickly. No mess and no fuss. Have already referred Mark to our neighbour

    Kitchen sink clogged

    Quality. Showed up within an hour, upfront fee and no upselling or premium emergency rates. Mark is extremely diligent and knowledgeable. He fixed a very deep clog within the pipes. He made the pipe more accessible, showed me how I should maintain them and he cleaned the area better than when he found it. Thank-you Mark!

    Toilet replacement

    Tony came on very short notice to replace our toilet. He even arrived with a back up toilet in the van, just in case. He was pleasant, efficient and left everything very clean. Thank you Tony!

    Found mysterious intermittent water leak

    George at New Canadian Drain and Plumbing arrived to fix a mysterious intermittent water leak in the basement. He removed a cabinet, cut a drywall hole, and found a pin-hole leak in a pipe, that leaked intermittently. He installed a water shut off valve and fixed the pin hole leak. Overall great work.

    Bathroom plumbing repairs

    A friend told me how quick and responsive New Canadian were to his plumbing problem. So I decided to call them for an estimate for the several things I needed done in my aging condo’s bathrooms. They sent Mark, who came immediately. Mark did everything, all over two days, working long hours to get finished. I was extremely appreciative. He was very professional. He was clear in his recommendations and he told me upfront how much things would cost. Everything was done well and he left my place in good order. Several weeks later, something leaked in my kitchen, and Mark came the same day and did a fantastic job replacing the old faucet and hose. Alexandra E

    Repair leak

    The service technician was very helpful and pleasant. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He advised me on equipment that could tell me if I had leaks in the future. Al in all very satisfied!

    High pressure sales and incompetent. Did not acknowledge their mistakes!

    Beware of New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. Called them to fix an obstruction in my laundry room floor drain. They instead insisted it was an issue between the stack and the main drain that does out to the street. They pressured me to give them a $1000 deposit so they could come back and dig up my front lawn for $5000+. I hesitated to accept this and I’m glad I got a second opinion. Turns out, the problem WAS in the laundry room floor drain. The second plumbing company I called identified a crack in the pipe underneath the laundry room floor. They snaked and scoped the laundry room floor pipe, successfully cleared the blockage and later returned, excavated and replaced the pipe under the laundry room. All of which at a fraction of the $5000 New Canadian wanted. I brought my complaint forward and they strung me along for 6 weeks until now they just hang up on me. Do yourself a favour and get a reputable plumbing company. These are the ones with the baby on the side of their trucks.

    Hello Greg, Our technician came to your address on Saturday after hours. He provided upfront pricing to do the snake and camera which you accepted. When he did the camera inspection roots were located in the main drain outside. An estimate was provided to repair the drain where the roots had broken the drain. Our technician spent 2.5 hours plus travel time at your address. 1.5 months later you contacted our office requesting a refund because another company came to your home and replaced the floor drain. We then sent our supervisor to your home in good faith that you would allow him to reassess and discuss what is happening clearer. Upon arrival he requested to do his own camera inspection and you advised him that you were not interested to do his own camera inspection. The floor drain which the company replaced is not the main source of the issue and is only a branch off the main drain. The problem will reoccur in the future due to the broken pipe caused by the roots outside as seen on camera the first visit New Canadian Drain and Plumbing

    Drain Snake

    Had a plugged drain, called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. They send George over who was a pleasure to work with. There were a couple of problems to solve along the way and he did a great job getting everything wrapped up. Thank you to the whole team.

    Lack of own equipment

    Plumber came for sink issue, no card given, knew might be a problem with him when he ran tub, kept flushing toilet opening toilet tank top and told me a leak when in fact it was nozzle from flush apparatus that sprayed up., which he then noticed water went over fill line and he couldn’t adjust making it worse though he tried (which he wasn’t there for). Telling me I needed new contraption. Reason for call was to fix plugged sink and broken stopper, I had to supply bucket and paper towels which since he knew what call was should have brought, he didn’t clean up under sink mess or bucket mess after, He didn’t fix broken stopper just advised me price to repair after unplugging sink when I asked about it. Then out of the blue with no explanation he asked my age when writing bill, it wasn’t till this morning looking at your website I found answer as you give discounts to seniors. Not happy price, a plumber who sometimes I could not understand or he I, not bringing his own supplies for job, trying to tell me I had other problems or making things worse and apparently be given full details of job
