    BackWater Valve

    New Canadian Drain & Plumbing installed a Back Water Valve this week in my basement and they did an excellent job. They were courteous, fast and very clean. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They obtained the permit, arranged the inspection and provided the Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program Application. The cost was $3,900 plus HST (without the subsidy from the City of Toronto.)

    Bathroom / Issue Shower (no cold water)

    We would like to highlight the amazing job that Esteban Herrera did!. We had a plumbing emergency last week that need attention and Esteban came to our home making an excellent job, really professional, very curious, detail oriented and customer focus. Great work! Thanks to the company to assist us in our emergency and a BIG thank you to Esteban. Great company and great plumber!

    Hose faucet fixed by Mark

    Had a leaky hose faucet outside that was incorrectly connected out kitchen faucet. Mark fixed it quickly and found the root of the problem. Very affordable and quick work. Would recommend!

    Kitchen plumbing--blocked drain

    New Canadian Drain and Plumbing is a reliable company. We had a clogged kitchen pipe that was blocked over 25 feet from the drain. Within a couple of hours from my husband's initial phone call, Winford was onsite. He was dressed in Covid protective gear. Winford assessed to issue and had the drain cleared within 15 minutes. He was tidy and professional. What a relief to have a working drain again.

    Issue with Toilet Running

    We called New Canadian Plumbing for an issue with a toilet that was not working properly. Tony arrived within a couple of hours and was able to determine the issue quickly and had all the parts in his truck to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt and excellent service.

    Drain cleaning

    We had our main drain clogged which is VERY unpleasant. I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd, they sent a person very fast. George was very punctual and did the job fast, clean, professional. Thank you.

    Replaces underground drain pipes

    After spending quite a bit of money on constant snaking and cleaning I realized my drains were full of roots and needed to be replaced. Shendon showed up with a full team and replaced my drains and cemented my basement and completed the job in basically one day. Protected my floors while doing thier job. Friendly workers. Had to come back for some adjustments including replacing an old basement faucet for free. But basically, I was back on my feet in a day and was able to use my bathroom and the water. Shendon also advised me to install a back-flow preventer and the company was very helpful in getting me a rebate cheque from the City. The drain did back-up again after but it was a much smaller puddle than usual and was basically water from my washing machine, It turns out the city side has roots too. and it was the city sewers backing up and the back-flow preventor stopped a horrible mess from causing major damage. I had two back-ups. Both were because of the city sewers backing up. Saved both times by the back-flow valve. Both time it backed up Shendon came to assist and advise. Very helpful and I am happy with the service. One year later, I am still happy and I appreciate the service and how I was treated by this company.

    Leaky tub

    Had a leaky tub that was causing some issues on the floor below. Mark was here very quickly and was clean, professional and speedy. Would recommend to anyone who had a similar problem.

    Emergency Drain Blockage

    For a week, two out of three toilets stopped flushing, I bought an drain auger and a toilet auger, ran them through no love. At the end of a long week, we called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. We had someone on site in 30 minutes. Mark repeated the same efforts I did, then went for the main cleanout, scoped it as far as he could and ended up using a power auger to dislodge debris in the line. In times of covid, they are exactly who you want in your house. Deliberate, all the right tools and they work as a team to get the job done.

    Plumbing repair and replacement

    We had 5 things to be done by a plumber in our condo. These consisted of new toilet, new faucets, and new valves. The company sent a plumber within the hour for an estimate. Since Mark told us he had all the necessary equipment and items available to do the job ,we decided to have him go ahead. Mark spent the afternoon and did great work, was efficient and very clean. He was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. After putting these projects off for a few years it was great to finally get it done in a single afternoon. So happy with the results. Thank you Mark.
