    Shower drain clogged

    Tony came very quickly even though it was not an emergency call. He was wearing a mask and gloves as a safety precaution. His work was fast and efficient. I was very pleased with Tony and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. Would definitely use them again.

    Repair kitchen sink and tap

    We developed a leaking kitchen faucet and drain over the weekend. New Canadian Plumbing sent Tony to our home within a couple of hours of our call. Tony fixed the problem quickly and provided advice on sorting out a slow bathroom drain. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service!

    Leaky Kitchen Tap

    Leaky Kitchen Tap I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and I was told some one would come soon, about 30 minutes or with in a hour. Esteban come with in a hour. Esteban came on time and he was fast and friendly. He did an wonderful job. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing is my go to for all my Plumbing needs. I call them up at least a dozen times though out the years. Thank-you Esteban, and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. A Williams , Perth Ave, Toronto.

    Repair to leaky broken valve in bathroom vanity

    My husband tried unsuccessfuly to repair a broken valve leading to our bathroom faucet. His efforts made the problem worse and I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. Their plumber, Mark, swung into action and was at our house within an hour of our call. He repaired the broken valve quickly and efficiently. He was professional, and very capable. Very pleasant and friendly. We were very impressed with the quality of service and speedy response. I highly recommend New Canadian Plumbing.

    Plumbing fix it

    I made a mistake on a plumbing job I was doing and called the company. Mark the worker arrived advised my error in a teaching manner and didnt make me feel bad. He promptly fixed it .

    Sump pump service and replace

    NCDP installed sump pump 4 years ago. I never saw a sign that it actually worked (no water anywhere), and often wondered. Today I established that there was too much water in the pump. Mark from NCDP came and checked the pump, told me it was broken, and installed a replacement promptly. He gave me a 10% discount. Good service, but I have a feeling the old one never worked.

    Water leaking through light fixure

    We had the nightmare of water dripping down from a light fixture in the garage. Bathroom was above garage so thought that was the problem. We had an electrician take down the light fixture, then we called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. Esteban arrived and spent due diligence sourcing the leak. After running the all the water outlets in the bathroom, no leaking. Tried various things and still couldn't find the leak through any of the drains, pipes, toilet or facets. Esteban then took a good look inside the spa unit in the bathroom and discovered two gaping holes near where the round doors connect to the sides. He caulked the holes and problem solved! Esteban went above and beyond to try and find the leak and we are very grateful.

    Broken Pipe

    Mark came over and fixed the issue quickly. He was very helpful and he explained everything rk me as he did the job. 10/10 would recommend him to any one.

    Responsive, Reliable, and Professional

    We had an issue with a broken faucet and valve in our tub/shower at our condo in Downtown Toronto. We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing after reading the great reviews online and they did not disappoint. Called at 8:30am, spoken to a very pleasant lady at their office, and at 10:00am on the dot Esteban arrived to fix the problem. He explained why the issue happened and walked us through how he was doing the repair. He was quick, professional, and very courteous. Considering the quick turnaround time, the responsiveness, the professionalism, and the precautions they take in a time of COVID-19, the cost was reasonable and well worth the great job Esteban did. We will definitely be using New Canadian if we ever need plumbing services again. Easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and very professional.

    Leaky Kitchen Sink

    Mark from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing came within a few hours of me calling, and not only quickly fixed the leak, but also explained the problem to me. He was professional, helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.
