    Toilet repair

    Mark came to fix our toilet that was continuously running. He quickly assessed the issue and had the parts available to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would ask for Mark again for sure. This is the second time I've used this company and was very satisfied both times.

    Leaky pipe

    Don't use them if you have a relatively simple job. They charged $650 for a job that took 1.5 hrs because they charge fixed rates. If it's a complex job, the pricing system may work in your favour, but in my case it amounted to paying over $400 an hour. They originally quoted me $350, but the price went up to $650 because it was a 3" pipe instead of a 1.5" pipe. That seems a bit much to me. The pricing was upfront, but I didn't have the time to call around for quotes. I called them because they did a great job on my basement last year. Next time, I will call anyone else except them.

    Kitchen sink clogged

    I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they had a plumber at my door within 45 minutes. Esteban snaked the kitchen sink and quickly determined that the issues was further down the line. He then proceed to snake the main drain and successfully cleared what was determined to be a large buildup of grease. Esteban was very professional and clean up after the work was finished. Highly recommended.

    Clear a clogged drain

    The technician was very professional and reassuring two hours after arriving a severely clogged main drain was working as normal. The technician as came wearing a mask and vinyl gloves and kept distance of six feet at all times.

    Replacing clay pipes

    On a Saturday afternoon I went down to my basement to find that my draina we’re backing up. I had no idea what to do, but I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy fix. I found New Cnd drain on the internet based on the good reviews. I called them and they had someone over within an hour. Mohammed snakes the drain and showed me the blockage with the camera. He said it could be fixed by digging outside. I had to think about it because of the cost and I needed to do research. I called them back and by Monday evening my broken and clogged clay pipes were fixed. What a relief to be able to flush and wash without a worry! The two guys who came to do the job were hardworking, respectful and cleaned up everything as if nothing had happened. It was not an easy job so the cost made more sense. Mohammed was very good about allowing me to see the issues with the camera outside. The backwater valve and catchment pipe outside,as he said, solved the issue. Not cheap, but it was done well and quickly. They office person was also great in contacting me and taking care of everything for the government rebate.

    Good work

    We were having some sink clogs and in our basement washroom. Mark gave me a detailed estimate and all work was done to perfection. Have used their services in the past and work performed is always high quality. Thanks.

    Very prompt and professional service

    New Canadian was able to get someone out to me within a few hours, Our plumber, Esteban was very professional and thorough. Would recommend this service and would use again in the future. Thank you!

    Kitchen Repair

    We had a very bad plumbing situation with our kitchen faucet. The company was very prompt in sending someone over to help fix the situation. Mark came in, and was very professional. He was polite and very quick with the repair. He also explained what had happened very well, and given us great tips on how to avoid this in the future!

    Basement flood repaired broken clay pipe

    Very grateful for the prompt service we received upon finding backed up water in our moms basement due to a broken main clay pipe which was discovered by the supervisor upon entering the property. very stressful as mom is 90 yrs old and gets assistance and we needed our water asap. The receptionist sensed my moms situation as an emergency and the workers were at the house within half an hour.the men worked for 2 days with rain, mud and were very efficient as well as the supervisors were very knowledgeable and understood the urgency . Would highly recommend them for their detailed work and expertise...Many thanks...did a great job in cleaning up as well.

    Basement drainage pipes

    Shendon came to look into a foul smell in my basement. Much to my dismay, he found that the pipes under the house were too narrow and were broken in several places. He showed me the problem with his camera snake and told me what options I had, and gave me prices. He called his team to start the work that day. They had to move a lot of stuff to clear the area. They worked quickly and cleaned and removed the debris, including flooring. Shendon kept me informed of their progress since I wasn’t in the house, and called me to see the work as they went. It was well done.
