What started as a single job -- to install weeping tiles and drain because of flooding in the laundry room -- became four jobs when it was discovered I had a problem in the basement footing, lead pipes that needed replacing and cracked drain pipes with sewage! Every one I dealt with was amazing at their job: Igor, Shendon and Roman (to name just three) brought attention, skill, and great care to the work. There were others who dug outside nonstop in the pouring rain and I'm grateful to them as well as the very responsive office staff. Now when it rains I go down and stand happily in the dry basement. The laundry room with its clean floor, sump pump, back water valve and beautiful black membrane is the pride of my house. I recommend them heartily.

Amazing company. Raymond is my go to guy for all my needs at my own home and at my rental property. He is personable, conscientious, and very good at his job. Every time I have used him he has diagnosed the issue right away, prior even to arriving. Several of my friends have used him now, and have also referred him to others. My only complaint is that I wish he did more than plumbing so I could use hire him for everything I need done! Office staff is great as well. It's nice to know all my plumbing needs are covered - one less thing to worry about!

We have had Raymond & crew in our home for various plumbing issues four times over the last 10 months. Each time the problem was fixed immediately with no issues. Raymond put us at ease that the problem would be fixed properly and in a timely manner. We were very thankful to have such a knowledgeable plumber in our home, especially when dealing with plumbing issues or water damage. We have def found our go to for any plumbing issues and would recommend New Canadian Drain.

Raymond and Mohamed were prompt, professional and very nice young men. They were attentive to my needs and were very responsive to questions that I had and acted in a timely fashion. They actually called on the day to see if they could start the work earlier than scheduled which I appreciated greatly. Highly recommended.

I was extremely happy with the technician sent (Dave). Very professional, honest and experienced. He inspected the plumbing in detail, pointed out some detailed and made recommendations without pushing me. I’m seriously considering the recommendations.

I had a sewer backup in the laundry room last week. I contacted NCD&P and they sent Sheldon out the same day. Estimate was given and repair crew was here the next morning and job completed in 2 days. They did a super job and cleaned up all the debris and even hosed down the front verandah. Very pleased with this company which I had used in 2015 for installation of backwash valves.

Last week was our third time using New Canadian Drain & Plumbing and as always they provide reliable, professional and friendly service. The person I spoke with to arrange the service was, and in each instance has been, friendly, caring and professional - a great start! Our plumber RW arrived on time, knows what he is doing, takes the time to review his assessment and solution with you. Then he outlines the cost in detail. When he works he is extremely conscientious and won't leave until the repair is done right and you are satisfied. He has such a pleasant manner and you can tell he cares about his profession. As mentioned, I've used them 3 times over the past few years and there is a consistency of service that deserves to be recognized. I've referred the company and RW to my neighbours - without hesitation. One has used him and found him to be fabulous. Work completed includes: bathroom drain replacement, clogged shower drain and replacement of toilet gasket and wax ring.
