    Lead service replacement

    Called on a Thursday seeking a quote to replace my portion of the lead pipe water service. They sent Shendon the same day to have a look. Nice guy, honest. Called him the next day (Friday) to book the job. His team showed up early Monday morning to get started and finished the same day. It was a lot of work. The team was professional, courteous, respectful, and took all appropriate measures to contain the mess and clean-up after the fact. I would not hesitate to recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone. Great job guys. Thanks! You exceeded my expectations.

    Toilet mounted bidet

    The packaging said I could install it myself in 10 minutes. They didn't know how hard it is to work in the tiny spaces in old, small, East End Toronto houses. I couldn't get the nuts screwed down and called New Canadian. Within an hour, Raymond arrived and mounted the appliance, stopped the seepage, and told me that it wasn't my fault. He said he'd had a difficult time using his pliers in the small area. Nice. So everything works, and I should have called a plumber before I made a total mess of the bathroom.

    REPLACED SECTION PIPES UNDER CEMENT FLOOR IN FURNACE ROOM

    The team led by Raymond did a great job by replacing w/ ABS pipe& fittings sections of 1 1/2 copper drain thus breaking through the cement floor. I was so apprehended because of the mess it could create but they finished the job w/ great skills that these kids are highly commendable. To Raymond, Mehsan,George & Ehman----GOOD JOB,GUYS.

    Remove and replace main water valve

    Main water valve was leaking and difficult to turn. Raymond replaced the valve. Very professional. Left the area clean. Let us know the work was warranted for a year. Came back quickly when we called to say we noticed a small leak. Stayed until the city turned on the water to make sure everything was ok. Took the time to answer our questions and provided another quote for a kitchen sink replacement. Great to talk to and provides straight forward answers. A great experience. Thank you.

    Replace a faucet and fix a leaky toilet thank.

    Mike provided a good service for us today. He was helpful with explanation to make the necessary decisions to fix our problems. He was professional and left the site in good and clean condition. Thank you.

    repaired leaky sink and reconfigured pipes to prevent future problems

    Amazing service from Seyed. A quick response and excellent work. He was amazing with a toddler we had visiting and a very curious golden doodle dog. Very happy with his work.

    Several plumbing repairs

    Raymond from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd. was great! He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed several problems we had. His explaination of the problems and the solutions was clear and easy to understand, as was his explaination of the cost estimates. He then moved quickly and had everything fixed in just 2 hours with the parts he needed in his truck. Raymond is a professional gentlman and a pleasure to do business with.     Quick response, friendly service

    We were expecting our granddaughter for dinner when we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. Our usual plumber was unavailable, so or the first time we called New Canadian. Shendon Brown arrived the same day and discovered a crack in our old drain. Mr. Brown demonstrated and explained the situation fully to us in an informative, consumer-friendly manner before replacing the drain. Thank you, Shendon! We're very pleased to be New Canadian customers for our future plumbing needs.

    Replacement of old Moen Pull Down Kitchen Faucet

    The old original Moen pulldown kitchen faucet installed in my condo was leaky, corroded and attached (i.e. seized) to the hot and cold water pipes with copper pipes instead of with the steel/nylon cables of the newer faucet models. I hired New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to rip and replace my old Moen faucet with a new pulldown kitchen faucet. Najaf from New Canadian D&P arrived at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job with installing the new faucet. He was very professional, courteous and personable. I am very satisfied with the installation. This is the second time I have used New Canadian and highly recommend their service.

    Install a toilet

    Toilet: Thought it was the flapper causing the running. Two visits by Dane to try and correct. Ultimately it needed to be replaced. Raymond did great job! Reception awesome too!
