    I was very pleased that they were able to solve my problems on the same day. Arrived as promised, were clear about the cost and did the work efficiently.

    New Canadians contacted me and were flexible in terms of timing, sent a plumber the same day and installed the new faucet quickly. Late that evening though I had water running into my basement ceiling through a light fixture. The after hours contact was kind and the plumber came back to fix it the next morning. So far it seems to be working properly but not an ideal experience.

    Stop leakage: Clogged drain, Unknown problem
    We booked a next-day assessment through HomeStars for our mystery leak. Even though it was a Sunday, Volodymyr arrived exactly on time and assessed the situation quickly, and was able to repair the issue on the spot. He was very professional and thorough. It’s been 4 weeks since the repair and no sign of any leaks! Will absolutely use New Canadian again. Great job Volodymyr!

    Unclog drain and sewage pipes: Drain slow or clogged, Sewer smells...
    Shendon Brown and his crew were amazing! They worked non-stop over 3 days to complete the job! Shendon worked with us closely to come to the best solution for us and our plumbing! Having a sewer backup is a nightmare and Shendon helped to make it a more positive experience! We were very fortunate to have Shendon and his crew assigned to us! They all went above and beyond!     Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    The entire ceramic sewer line of my 110-year-old house was full of roots from multiple trees. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing replaced it all with PVC pipes, restored the basement floor and bathroom, including installing a new and separate bidet fixture. The crew was efficient, professional, and friendly. They started work in -20 C weather outside and kept going despite the cold. The crew also took care to reconnect the sewer pipe at night so I could use the toilet and water as usual even when the work was taking place. The entire job cost around ~$26K.
