    Bathroom and Kitchen repair/maintenance

    Good service and advice. On time and friendly service. The price was very reasonable. Everything is working fine and we are happy customers. I would strongly recommend this company. Will be using them again.

    Kitchen repair

    Just had kitchen sink repair done. Raymond was very helpful and the issue was fixed in no time. Great experience! We would highly recommend new canadian plumbing for any future repairs

    Toilet blockage

    Raymond was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed our toilet! extremely satisfied with the service! he also provided good advice in terms of getting a new toilet as ours is old and calcified. I will have him back to replace it for us.

    Plumbing Repair

    New Canadian Drain & Plumbing had a plumber out within 30 minutes of my call for help. Raymond was polite and fixed the problem quickly. I've always found this company to be extremely reliable and refer them to clients as well as friends.

    Leaking kitchen drain

    I called with a leaky kitchen drain and the dispatcher was very friendly and said someone could come right away. Raymond came with 30 minutes and fixed the problem within 45 minutes including going back to the supplier to get the right part. Raymond quickly identified the issue as a crack which I verified and then replaced the part to solve the problem. I highly recommend their service.

    Plugged shower drain after contractor tiled shower

    Ozan came within 45 minutes and solved my plugged drain that had a piece of cured thinset stuck in there from the tile setter. Was very happy with his work, this could have been a big problem if he was not able to correct it. Thank you Ozan.

    Service

    I was very impressed with New Canadian Drains and Service. I had waited a long time to get a plummer as I wasn't sure he could fit into my schedule. When I phoned, he turned up in less than 30 minutes. I needed a new toilet. The next morning he arrived earlier than he said and was done in 4o minutes. Raymond was polite, thoughtful, quick and did a good job.

    Plumbing service

    I would call New Canadian Drain & Plumbing again as I was extremely happy with the service Raymond provided. The attention to detail he gave to the job was second to none. 5 stars service!

    Great

    Great service, and quick! They came within 20 minutes on Good Friday (a day when other companies would not come out) and unclogged the toilet drain quickly. Raymond is the best. Thank you!

    Sewer backup

    I had a sewer backup and called Canadian Drain & Plumbing .Their technician Shendon Brown came and did a snake and camera to point out where my drains were blocked and where they collapsed . The technician then advised me on what needed to be done so as to get the problem fixed , he replaced all the old clay drain with new pvc's and installed a back flow valve and also a back to back clean at the front of house . The crew did an amazing job and it didn't stop there as he cleaned up and left his work area spotless . I was and am truly satisfied with the work done by your crew. ..the technician educated me on my drains and answered all the questions I had... every last thing was done in a professionally and would definitely recommend your company to anyone ....with that said thank you Canadian Drains & Plumbing your services was worth every dollar ($) spent .
