    New toilets installed with ease

    Two of my three toilets decided to malfunction at the same time days before I had a family of five coming to stay for three days. I called New Canadian D&P and was lucky enough to get Raymond. He quickly showed up to asses the situation and gave us fair and honest advice. Within 48 hours of the initial assessment I had two new toilets. Raymond worked so quickly and efficiently. The installation and removal took under 2 hours and there was no mess. He even took my old toilets away! Once installed, Raymond gave me the breakdown of how the new toilets worked and the differences between the old toilets and new. Thanks Raymond. Awesome guy and super knowledgeable!

    Fix toilet - tank not refilling

    These guys were true professionals. They gave me the big picture and the immediate picture, as well as explaining the gaps, if I did not go with the bigger fix. They were quick, friendly and the job was done without any mess in less than 2 hours. They arrived when the dispatcher said they would and completed the job, as requested. They had the right materials to get the job done quickly. June 8, 2017

    Emergency Plumbing - leak

    I had mistakenly tried to install my new washer by myself and messed it up - water was leaking through our ceiling - YIKES! Called New Canadian and Raymond was there within 1.5 hours. He diagnosed the problem (I had no idea what the problem was at that point), fixed the mistakes I had made with the installation and tested everything numerous times to make sure we were safe to use our washer - he also answered the hundred questions I had ;). He was very friendly and kind. We were so scared when our ceiling started leaking and to have peace of mind in such a short period of time was amazing. I had called other companies and no one was able to provide an emergency plumbing visit at that time. The price was very reasonable, approximately $200.00

    New toilet shut off valves + supply line

    Two toilets in the house had the shut off valves fail and one was making a lot of noise. Called and the same day Raymond came over (he was early!) And gave a quick and detailed quote. Since he had the parts in the truck the repair was done right away and I've got peace of mind of a job well done and backed by a reputable company.

    replace taps

    Had 2 taps replaced one outside one inside, one hours work. I realized that the job was very very high in price, and tried to contact company for a discussion of the invoice. It took Iman 5 days to finely get back to me but he was not helpful. I know i agreed to the amount but after reflection it was very very high. I am writing this review to warn people they are very expensive, get a plumber by the hour to do work. Vic

    Hi Vic, When you contacted our office, we accommodated your request and dispatched our plumber to your site to provide you with same-day service. You were present, on site, with our plumber from the time of his arrival to the time of his departure. Our plumber provided you with up-front pricing to which you agreed and authorized and let us remind you that you were very happy with the fact that we were able to do the service right away. Our plumber replaced your hose bib outside, he extended the pipe outside and replaced the shut off valve inside and performed the work efficiently. Please note that the time spent working on your property as well as travelling time is two hours. A few days after we completed service for you, you contacted our office to complain about the cost. Our office explained to you that our plumbers, who all have a great amount of experience, have a Company Price Book that they follow and that pricing was given to you up-front. You acknowledged that pricing was given to you up-front but you still wanted to speak with our Company Supervisor. At your request, our Company supervisor attempted to call you with no success. Eventually, our supervisor spoke with your wife who was satisfied with the final outcome. Your negative feedback is unwarranted being that New Canadian Drain & Plumbing provided same-day service and delivered exceptional service to you.

    Service

    marika arban Your review will be posted publicly on the web. Learn more I needed a plumbing service and called New Canadian Drain I needed a plumber and called the New Canadian Drain company that I found on line . It was the first on my select list and after talking to Mike, the plumber, I knew I didn't have to shop around any further. We set up an appointment for the afternoon and from the minute he arrived, he was pleasant, professional and very efficient. He did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to warmly recommend the company and especially Mike to anyone with high expectations.

    Reconstruction of drain system - replacing old clay & metal with current materials

    We had a drain back up due to City tree root blocking the drain. They came with snake camera, identified the issue & recommended the work that is required to fix issues. We find the quote was reasonable. The work was prompt & executed efficiently without stressing our living conditions. They did an excellent job replacing the old system with new materials. I would highly recommend their service and will definitely use the again

    Kitchen sink leak and new tap

    Raymond came out on Victoria day to fix a leak in our kitchen sink - very quick and professional. Came when they said they would, and were in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks!

    Sewer Back Up in our basement

    Needless to say we were under duress and Shendon arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was extremely helpful and cleared out the blockage temporarily so that we could use our water sparingly until the job was completed. His team arrived the next morning, on time, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.
