    Faucet replacement

    I use the company New canadian Drain and Plumbing for many years. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. When I called them last time, I needed their help with the faucets in my bathrooms. The plumber(Khen) was very polite, nice, and friendly. The problem was fixed immediatly. The service was fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to all my friends.

    Replace old pies

    I had a technicain over to replace my galvanized pipes and install my water meter a couple weeks ago. The city was supposed to install it initially but coudny due to the galvanized piping I had.He was polite and worked diligently to finish, the price wasnt too bad considering he came out on such notice, and the work was nicely done.

    Water service and drain line replacement

    These guys are absolutely pros. When I called for a quote for the water service replacement, Rami came by the same day and gave a competitive quote. They showed up when they said they would and began to work despite the miserable rain. When it became apparent that the old drain would be accessible from the same hole, we struck a deal for the replacement of the old trap with a back-to-back cleanout. They cleaned up and the work area inside the house was spotless. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing work.

    New 3/4" Service

    I cannot recommend New Canadian Drain highly enough. I have had a very rough month with many problems and different contractors coming through and New Canadian Drain were such a relief to work with. I needed a new 3/4" service installed which required cutting a hole in my basement and digging a hole in my front yard. NCD&P scheduled it for the day after the site visit, a team of plumbers worked on the job and by 4 pm, all the soil was back in the ground, even the sod was replaced and all hosed down. You would not even know they had been there. The restoration of the cement floor was also very good. But most of all, they were all so professional, reassuring and pleasant to work with. In particular, Steve gave such personal service and showed his commitment to excellence throughout. The price, moreover, was extremely reasonable for the volume of work undertaken. Accept my thanks and my unqualified recommendation.

    Replace toilet

    New Canadian Drain came out to replace my mother's toilet a few days ago, the technician was very nice and understanding. He replaced the valve and listened to my requests, and he didnt leave a mess behind. I will use this company agin for sure.

    Major clog in toilet

    My basement toilet kept clogging up, I tried snaking it myself but it didn’t seem to help. I started calling around for pricings and had Jocelyn from New Canadian Drain over. He suggested for me to have a camera inspection done instead of the snaking I originally called for. It turned out the problem was roots in my drains. Jocelyn had a crew out the next morning; they were very polite, hardworking and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.     Water line replacement

    New Canadian Drain and Plumbing responded to my request for a quote very quickly and, when we decided to book them, did the job within the week. The staff were very very friendly and courteous. The worksite was left very clean and our water pressure has already improved. I would recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone.

    blocked toilet

    My three year old dropped some toys into the toilet causing it to over flow, and seeing as we only have one toilet I needed it fixed fast. I used this company in the past and luckily had a magnet with their number. The plumber was here within 15 min of my call and got the toilet flushing again. I only paid $200 considering it was very late. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing.

    Leaky kitchen faucet

    My kitchen faucet was steadily leaking, and a friend of mine had suggested this company to me a while back, so I decided to give them a call. A plumber was at my house within 35 min. Unfortunately the faucet could not be salvaged, he suggested for me to buy a new faucet. I bought one and he came back and installed it. Overall I am very happy with this companies service. I will definetly use them again

    Clogged toilet

    I have had many bad experiences with plumbers, their expensive and I am always left feeling robbed. but I have to tip my hat to New Canadian Plumbing . I had a clogged toilet in my bsmt, and I had heard their ad on the radio. The plumber I had was very nice, he did an inspection and left me and estimate of $2200 plus tax. I got a few quotes from other companies but decided to go with New Canadian plumbing. I have not had any plroblems since and would recommend this company with out a wink.
