    Toilet install

    I just want to say thanks for the great service, from my call to Anna to the work that was done by Iman Rahimi. I try to figure out repairs on my own, but sometimes you need the pros. Loved the friendly and professional service from the first call, right to completion. Appreciated that you kept me updated with timelines.

    Clogged basement main drain

    About a month ago we woke up to a flooded basement that occurred after torrential rain. New Canadian Drain had someone at our door in a few hours of our call. Steve assessed our situation and recommended using a camera so that we could see what was causing the clog. The camera also acted as a snake to clear our drain. Amazingly we saw that a tree root had grown into our main line! Thanks Steve for suggesting the camera. Otherwise our drain would keep clogging and we would never know why. Fair price and quick response time. I highly recommend Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

    Washroom Vent, Drain, Supply

    I was building a new washroom in the basement with no allocated plumbing so I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to route new lines and tie into my existing drains and supply for a shower, vanity, and toilet. The plumbers that came to my residence were on time, clean, professional, and knowledgable. I was glad to see that they came prepared with the right materials and the right mindset. The job was done efficiently, clean and right. Personally, I like to work with people that take pride in their work, it gives me peace of mind in knowing that the job was done right.

    Replacing Clogged Drain Trap in Basement

    They did a very clean and complete job, also explained to me all the options with the original problem and possible future problems along with break down prices and practiced adequate flexibility in performing the actual activities of pertaining job. Started on time and finished quickly.

    kitchen sink blockage

    Morris who cleared the blockage did an excellent clean repair and was very truthful in what he was doing and not trying to upgrade to something which was not needed I would reccommend him and the company to anyone

    Unclogging Dishwasher Drain

    This was our first time hiring New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and we were very satisfied with our experience. I called on a Saturday and someone was at our house in less than hour. There was no automatic charge for the visit and he let us know how much it would be before any work was performed. Problem was rectified in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.

    Shower leak

    The service we received from this company was excellent! Prompt, professional, and high quality. The plumber that came to fix our shower leak did a thorough investigation of the cause of the leak and then fixed it. I would definitely recommend this company!

    drain clogged

    My drain got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I'd called couple different plumbing companies but no one was able to help me because it was a weekend. 5 inches of water in the basement made me panic. Than I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. The receptionist was very friendly. She said the drain specialist would come in a half an hour. The plumber found a problem right away and solved it. Thank you very much guys for fast, quality and professional service.

    Pipe repair

    As new home owners, we had a number of plumbing issues carried over from the previous owners. I arranged an appointment to have new Canadian Drain and Plumbing come to quote and potentially fix on Thursday afternoon - I got a call approximately 45 minutes before the appointment was to start requesting a re-schedule. Not an issue, I was planning to work from home anyway. We rescheduled for Friday morning. I was expecting less than $100/hr like my sister's plumber in Toronto to maybe $120/hr. Thinking that these items would be no more than an hour of work combined, I was floored when he quoted $220 to repair a pipe that had come out of a valve, and $90 each to repair a constantly running toilet. I opted only for the pipe repair, and to his credit, he continued to repair both the obvious issue, and the next joint over which also leaked, and honoured his quoted price. Overall, the experience was mixed. They were professional, honest, delivered to their commitments, and scheduled times which were convenient for me. On the other hand, it was still $220 for a valve and half an hour's work, and they did cancel an appointment on me after I was already on my way home.

He arrived on time as scheduled, informed you of our flat-rate pricing for the services that you were requesting and, after reviewing your options, you chose to go ahead with the pipe repair so our technician, who was fully equipped and prepared to do the work, proceeded. Our GPS records show that our technician spent 50 minutes repairing your pipe. In addition to repairing your pipe as requested, he also repaired the next joint over for no additional cost, as you mentioned in your review. If you take into consideration the gas and travel time to and from Oakville (40 minutes one-way), the time spent on site doing the repairs, our customer service and our efficient workmanship, $220+hst seems fair. We are pleased to know that you are satisfied with our professionalism and honesty and we hope that you will continue to rely on New Canadian Drain & Plumbing for any future plumbing needs that you may have.

    Drain Inspection

    We purchased new home and needed drain inspection to know the condition of our drainage system. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing had a great price, was available to our convenient time.
