    Toilet Leakng around Base

    Our basement toilet was leaking around the base. We phoned New Canadian Drain and Plumbing directly. Volodymyr showed up on time about 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the wax ring and cleaned up within an hour. Throughout Volodymyr was courteous and diligent. We were very satisfied with New Canadian, and especially with Volodymyr.

    Fast

    I was getting 2-4 days from others, but my worker came the day of a few hours later, investigated, cut drywall in ceiling, and fixed leak in a few hard hours. Pricey but what plumbing job isn't? A lot of piece of mind quick. UPDATED Raised the score after worker returned very quickly to fix additional issue.

    Toilet Issue

    I was having issues with a toilet that didn't flush properly. It was slow to drain and would periodically hiss and not fill up properly. I called New Canadian where a very efficient and courteous call desk triaged my issue and scheduled a timely appointment. Volodymyr, the assigned plumber, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He immediately got to work and was laser-focused on discovering the problem. This was an old toilet, with old parts. Volodymyr carefully explained the options available to me along with the associated costs and from there I made my decision. I opted for the new toilet. Volodymyr was professional, knowledgable, efficient and detail-oriented. He left a spotless worksite. Would defintely call New Canadian for any future issues.

    Kitchen Sink Leaks

    Volodymyr quickly figured out the source of the leaks under our kitchen sink, explained the options and offered us a choice of hardware. He removed his shoes every time he entered the house, asked me to test his work and cleaned up before he left. He is a true professional.. The booking of the appointment was smooth and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend New Canadians!

    External spout repair

    Called for an estimate to repair water spout in back of house. Came in, assessed and repaired on the spot! Very professional and would recommend to anyone in need of excellent services!

    Fixed collapsed drain pipe

    Guys come same day worked for 3 days and did a great job,they guaranteed that we wont have any more flooding.thank you Canadian drain and plumbing

    Great job with plumbing renovation

    I am very happy with the work performed. Right from the estimate to the completed job. The price was good and I would like to say that Nima, Roman and Andrew were very Professional. They did a great job keeping the dust to a minimum and did a great job cleaning up during and after. Thank you!!!

    Pipe Replacement

    Nazar has come on two separate occasions to address a leaking pipe and ultimately replaced the pipes from our second floor bathroom. He and his crew arrived on time, worked diligently and completed the work as they projected. Highly professional.

    Great service

    The service from New Canadian Plumbing was great particularly the two fellows who came and worked very hard for many many hours. We left a message for your company and heard promptly back the following morning. However, one little quibble: your site says 24 hours 7 days a week service and we did not find this to be the case. We called at 9 pm and spoke to an answering service. No one from the company was available until the following morning. As mentioned though we did receive a call promptly the next morning,

    Plumbing

    This the second time Tony has come fix a problem. The first was a blocked drain and the second time was installing a water intake on the toilet. Both times his work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him.
