    Plumbing Service

    On the long weekend I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for my plumbing needs. I was surprised that company was able to send technician right away. He arrived within an hour and he had all the equipment required to do a job .Very satisfied with the service. We have no problem since he left. Water runs smoothly in our house.

    Install ejector pump

    New Canadian installed an ejector pump for our basement plumbing system. They were prompt and efficient with their service. They had a competitive price for the work done. They had initially left behind the dirt from the excavation but did come back to remove it when we called them. While cleaning out the reservoir before starting up the pump, we noticed that the ejector pump was not resting in its appropriate place within the reservoir [there are moulded placements inside the reservoir to hold the pump feet for stability]. The entire assembly needed to be rotated about 90 degrees and the attached ABS plumbing had to be cut out and replaced. Also, the reservoir is tilted slightly [I do not know if this will affect the performance of the pump or not].

    Sanitary back-up, excavation, new pipes, and back filling

    At 7pm on a Saturday night, we had a sanitary back up in our basement. By 7:28, a professional from New Canadian Drain and plumbing was here to diagnose the problem - tree roots had grown into our old clay pipes causing the drain to back-up into our house. He was professional and quick and told us exactly what would happen over the next few days and weeks. Most of our expenses were covered by insurance. The crews that were sent from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing were friendly and professional and were always able to say how long they would be there or when it was safe to flush or use water in the house. Thank you very much!

    Water Service Upgrade

    New Canadian Drain & Plumbing came to my home and upgraded my water service a few weeks ago. They worked efficiently through the hot weather and completed the job the same day as promised. I commend them for their hard work and dedication because companies such as this one are hard to come by. Keep up the great work New Canadian and I will surely recommend you to all my friends and family.

    Leaky Basement Wall

    In March, we found a leak in the corner of our basement. We had 3 companies come by for quotes. The gentleman from New Canadian Drain spent some time with us going over possible causes, solutions and potential for escalating costs/fixes (e.g., missing/blocked weeping tile going farther than anticipated). At this time, we felt that they offered the easiest and most reasonably priced solution to our problem. To be fair, they performed the work within the time frame promised, and we have yet to have any more water in our basement. However, we feel that we weren't given a clear picture of the damage that was going to be done to the outside of our house. New Canadian Drain warned us that they would be ripping up part of our driveway and that we'd have to repave. They did not tell us that affixing the waterproofing membrane to the house with nails would shatter the window sill, or that the waterproofing membrane would extend a food and a half above ground level, looking like a horrible scar on the front of our house. The workers also ripped up some of our bushes and did not replant them. We were told that the workers would lay down tarps, and clean up after themselves. We still have concrete footprints up and down our driveway, and our elderly neighbours driveway. If we had known about the damage that would be done to the front of our house and the way the finished fix would appear, we would have thought twice about employing New Canadian Drain for our repair.

    Toilet Problem

    I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for the first time last week and I must say, it was a decision that I do not regret. The office staff were very polite and the plumber who was sent to fix my clogged toilet did a fantastic job and in a timely fashion for a low cost. Definitely the #1 plumbing company for me and I will recommend them to anyone who's looking for some plumbing work done right.

    toilet repair

    We had issues with three of our toilets. New Canadian Drain sent over a specialist the next day after we called. The price of the repair may seem a bit high, but the service was very honest, clean, and no surprises.

    Drain Cap

    I like to thank Igor from New Canadian Drain for great customer service. They did the drain renovation outside the home with PVC pipe about 3 years a go and the job was done well and pront with little inconvenience. Now 3 years latter they still give me service at No Charge. Someone took my drain cap and after I called them for a replacement they say they will do it the next day and it was done!     replacement shower faucet

    Plumber was friendly, put on booties at the door, gave me full estimate prior to starting work and stuck to it! He even managed to salvage the wall that had to cut open to gain access to the pipes... Thanks!

    Burst water pipe

    New Canadian Drain and Plumbing is absolutely terrific. The pipe to our outdoor water line burst in the winter, and their worker came to give a quote to have it fixed. The price was significantly less than the other quotes we received, and the work was done within an hour. I have already recommended this company to family members who have had similar terrific experiences.
