    Sewage flood in the basement

    Around Christmas time our basement was flooded, I was panicking! We were having people over that day. I got New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to come to my house and the drain was unplugged plumber was very polite and experienced once everything got back to normal I was able to calm down. Very professional service. Over all it was comforting to see how well they worked!

    Kitchen Pipe

    For days, my kitchen sink pipe was leaking. My husband tried to fix the problem but only made it worse. I got so fed up that I demanded we call a REAL plumber to fix the problem. I picked up the New Canadian Drain and Plumbing postcard that I had received in the mail and called them. The plumber who came was so polite and knowledgeable. He was very detailed and patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. He did an amazing job at fixing the problem and he even gave us a 10% senior's discount! I am very satisfied and will definitely use this company again.

    Reinsulated and unfroze pipe

    To my surprise early in morning there wasn’t any water coming from the tap I started to panick. I went to the kitchen and the water was running there. I quickly searched on the internet and found New Canadian, they told me a technician will be at my house in half an hour and 20 minutes later he was at my door. He told me my pipe was frozen because it wasn’t properly insolated he reinsulated and unfroze the pipe and now I am protected. Professional service

    Leaking shower

    Water was building up on the ceiling we didn’t understand what was going on and never had this problem before. We made an appointment with New Canadian Drain and plumbing, they came the next morning and they worked hard the whole day and pipes were fixed. They were very skilled and professional and they gave me warrantee. Excellent service

    Basement Drain replaced

    Drain pipe backed up in my basement. I called a plumbing company they came and tried to clear it but no luck. They gave me an enormous price to fix the drain so I called my family and they recommended new Canadian drain, they gave a much much better and a cheaper solution. They installed plastic pipes in the basement instead of clay, now my drain is working fine. Good job and good savings, big thanks’to New Canadian Drain & Plumbing!!!

    Toilet clogged

    All of a sudden my toilet got clogged in the master bedroom. I heard on the radio about new Canadian drain and plumbing so I called and explained my situation, they sent a plumber and he fixed the problem. He was very polite and patient. After he was done he cleaned everything up. I’m very pleased with their service!

    Drain system and sub pump install

    Over the past few years after a rain fall my floor would get wet. I was given a few solutions from different companies. I decided to go with New Canaidna Drain & Plumbing and they installed a new drain system and sub pump in the basement. After the work was done the problem was gone! I will refer this company to family and friends!

    Weeping tile problem

    I went into the furnace room and found a puddle of water on the floor I thought it was the hot water tank leaking so I called New Canadian drain and plumbing. They found out the water was coming from the outside, the weeping tiles were not working properly and they needed to be replaced. I must say they did an amazing job, the guys worked so hard. I’m very impressed with their service, knowledge and experience!

    Drain unclogged

    Flood in the basement. On the weekend I was doing my laundry and on Sunday I found water coming up from the drain onto the floor and I started to panic. My neighbour told me to call the new Canadian company so they could clean out my drain. The guy came in half an hour, he struggled a bit to unplug the drain but eventually it went through. He discovered some of the pipe was broken because of the roots. Happy to say now the drain is working fine but in the near future it needs to be replaced. This company provides great service and definitely I will deal with them to fix my drains!

    Kitchen drain

    My kitchen drain was clogging for a while, I tried to clear it myself and I called plumber in as well, it would work for a short while and clog again. I called a plumber from New Canadian and after the drain was examined he told me the pipe was rusted and needed to be replaced with a plastic pipe. He did a real neat job replacing the pipe, defiantly a professional company. It was a good experience!
