    Totally new drain system

    In early February my drains backed up. Steve Glasgow came and quickly and accuratly assessed the situation. Within minutes he had gotten the City to come out and identify where the hydro and power connections were so that Steve and his team could start to dig out the front for a new drain system. All the men who worked on the project were professional. They showed up when they said they would, did the job and then cleaned up the site afterwards. Steve kept in constant communication with me through out the job and kept me informed of what was happening. I could not have been in better hands and highly recommend this company - make sure you ask for Steve Glasgow.

    Waterproofing

    With the heavy rain a few weeks ago, I noticed water coming in to my basement. Through a co-workers referral, I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing and they were at my house the same day. The drain technician was very informative on waterproofing my basement and by the next evening, the work was done and my basement was dry again. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and price of New Canadian Drain & Plumbing and I am happy to say that I haven't had a leaky basement since!

    Plumbing

    I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet. I thought it was breaking. Turns out just needed new cartridge. The plumber was very helpful advised it just needed a new cartridge and that I could do myself in about 5 minutes. Saved me 180.00 and didn't charge for the visit. Even gave me tips on how to do it and advised the cartridges are free from the manufacturer.

    Kitchen Faucet

    It's ironic that I was driving behind a New Canadian Drain and Plumbing truck when my wife reminded me that we needed to change our kitchen faucet. I figured that it was a sign and so I called the phone number that was on the back of the truck. A plumber came over that evening and did an amazing job. He delivered exceptional service, from changing the faucet to cleaning up the work area. I'm very glad that New Canadian Drain and Plumbing appeared when I needed them and I will keep them in mind the next time we need a plumber again. Thanks guys.

    Leaky basement

    I’ve always been skeptical about finding the right contractors but the flood that developed in my basement really left me without a choice. After extensive research on companies that fix leaky basements, I called in New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. They quoted me a very reasonable price for waterproofing and so I gave them the go-ahead. By the end of the day, my basement was dry and the problem was resolved. I’m glad I chose New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and I am very impressed with their work. I give them two thumbs up.

    Installed water line increase

    Went around and thought I could DIY my water line increase. Apparently not. These guys pulled my fat outta the fire and installed the 3/4 pipe prior to the winter freeze. My water now is able to supply all 4 units. Thanks Guys

    Plumbing

    When my toilet started backing up over the weekend, I panicked and actually looked on the internet for plumbing companies that service my area. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing caught my eyes so I decided to give them a call. The secretary told me there was no additional cost to come out on the weekends and so I asked that they come out right away. The plumber came to my home within 20 minutes and unclogged my toilet showing me the reason for the clog; my son’s toy. I thank this company for coming to my rescue and I will refer them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing company that they can rely on.

    Freezing pipe

    In the summer time we moved to a new house and now with this could winter upon us we noticed no water coming to our kitchen tap. We called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing, when the technician came he discovered our pipe wasn’t properly insolated, he unthawed the pipe and insolated it properly and now our sinks and pipe are working fine, great service guys!

    Sewer Backup

    I had a very inconvenient sewage back up a few weeks ago and so I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. The technician came out that same morning and gave me a free estimate to resolve the back- up problem. His price was very reasonable and so I told him to proceed with the work. The technician and his crew worked efficiently and did such an amazing job to fix the issue. I am very satisfied with this company and will use them again, for sure

    Ceiling Leak

    I had a leak coming through my main floor ceiling. I couldn't pinpoint where the water was coming from so I knew that I had to call a plumber. I went on the internet and found New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. They came within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without leaving a mess behind. I am glad to know that I have a plumbing company that I can continue to rely on for years to come. Thumbs up
