    Plumbing Issues

    Fast and dependable service. Greg was extremely professional and diagnosed and resolved the issue immediately. I highly recommend Priority plumbing and we will use them in the future for any plumbing issues/needs.

    Plumbing service

    Everyone is amazing! I had a little problem and everyone was on top of the situation from the back office to the field worker. Thanks again for all the help. You guys are all great! I would definitely recommend Priority Plumbing. And will continue to use your service.

    Leaky faucet

    Definitely recommend, great service, and did not try to sell me something I didn't need, just repaired my leaky faucet. David was a great friendly tech. I would highly recommend them.

    Plumbing with Aplomb

    Priority Plumbing came t0 fix a tap leak. They sent me Joel promptly the next day. Joel was on time, knowledgeable, well-equipped with the necessary parts and fixed the problem sooner than he even predicted. The work was completed with expertise and quality. I am extremely happy with the quality work of Priority Plumbing.

    Do Not Waste Your Time

    We waited over 24 hours for a technician to come to our place and check a leaking bathroom faucet. Initially, we were told that it would take about 5 hours to have someone come out. The visit costs $56 with tax. We waited from approximately Friday at noon to Saturday at 11:45am. We were offered a $50 rebate for the inconvenience if we agreed to fix the faucet with this company. When the technician came he quoted us $650 + tax as the cheapest option and $850+ tax for the more expensive, "better quality faucet". We have a Pfister faucet that costs $150+ tax when bought new. Ridiculous. In short, this company wasted our time and did not provide the quality service that seems to be advertised here. Do not waste your time with a company that rips people off in moments when they need speedy and reliable work the most. Shame on the company and its owners!

    Kitchen sink repair

    I have to say from my initial contact with Kevin who took my call, he definitely gave me the "white glove" treatment. He was very professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to my problem. He empathize with my situation and reassured me that a technician would help me with my issue. Along came Brian, who was my service technician that I was made aware of from Kevin who came to my house to fix our kitchen sink. He was personable, yet professional, and very meticulous with his work that a thorough inspection of my home he discovered an issue with my sump pump, which I was not aware of and pointed out this it was an area to address. Brian took the time to sit down with my wife and I and explained the charges for the work that we needed to get done with my tenant's kitchen sink along with presenting additional options to get the sump pump fixed. It was really nice for him to take the time to give us all available options for my wife and I to decide which option was best suited for us given our financial situation. Overall, I have to say that Brian and Kevin really gave us a positive customer experience that I would definitely recommend this company to others!

    Plumbing service

    Greg was an excellent plumber and very personable. He was very knowledgeable about what he would be doing and explaining to me the procedure during this visit. Greg was punctual upon arrival, and worked very fast. He was clean and well groomed, not like some other companies employees. Priority plumbing was a good experience.

    Clogged drains

    Highly recommend Priority Plumbing for clogged drains. Technician Adam was prompt, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very courteous and even cleaned up after himself. I could not be happier!

    Plumbing Issues

    I have had Kyle come out a couple times and he is wonderful. Always super quick, knowledgeable and has given me excellent plumbing tips! The company in general always gets someone out there quickly and I will definitely use them for any future needs!

    Plumbing project

    I appreciated the professional attitude of everyone I dealt with. The work was done as promised and the cost was very reasonable. Priority is definitely my go-to plumbing service for any problem I might have in the future. Highly recommend.
