    Plumbing Issues

    Called to get estimates and they came right away same day. Gentleman was very understanding about our problem and gave us recommendations on how to best take care of our problem.

    Nice people, fair quotes, solid work

    We needed to move our interior water service line from against an exterior wall to the centre of our small house, to prevent freezing. Priority Plumbing proposed two scenarios of how it might go based on what they Might find behind the ceiling and walls, how many connections, etc. We booked the work, they came in, spent a lot of time exploring and testing, then performed the job. Pleasant throughout. Work was completed in the time estimated. Great job. I'd call them again and would refer. Nice people, too.

    Leaky faucet

    Priority Plumbing team quickly scheduled and resolved an urgent fix within 3 hours of my calling the team. The plumber, Greg, quickly resolved our leak and provided great front facing customer service. I would highly recommend.

    Backed up toilet

    Very helpful, courteous, and quick. Called about a backed up toilet. The gentleman on the phone was nice, answered my questions and told me they could have a technician at the house within an hour, 50 minutes later they were there. The repair was quick and the technician was also nice, will look to then in the future

    Plumbing work

    Best customer service I have ever received. After calling at night after hours, I was surprised to have a real person answer instead of a machine. They scheduled me for the next morning. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm and Kyle arrived on time. I had an issue were the builder had done some, not so good, piping work. Kyle was able to pinpoint the issue and had the proper equipment to fix the issue. He was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. They gave me a fair price and I will definitely use them again if I ever have any plumbing issues.

    Fast, efficient service with knowledgable staff

    Our small problem of a toilet back-up led to a larger problem of a sewer back-up, as a result of a broken pipe and tree roots. We called Priority Plumbing and Greg was at our home within two hours. Our pipes were scoped and he found a broken pipe under our driveway. After digging down, and removing tree roots that were the cause of our problem, another scope identified clay pipes underneath our basement floor (old house) that were about to crack, also due to roots. After digging through the foundation in the basement, placing a sleeve in the pipe, and cementing the hole, our problems were solved. And, we installed a backwater valve. The work was done fast; we got an explanation of every step, our property was left clean including washing the driveway to get rid of the mud from the digging, and we were thrilled with the job - although not happy having the unexpected expense. We will certainly use Priority Plumbing again.

    Various Plumbing Projects

    We have used Priority Pumbing for a variety of different projects (backed up pipes in laundry room, garbage disposal not working and dishwasher issues) at our house and every time they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They are our go to plumbing company.

    Various Bathroom work

    Brian fixed everything perfectly (showers,sinks, toilets). He kept us well informed of what he needed to do and showed as all the work after. I’d certainly ask for him next time.

    Drain Cleaning

    After reading other reviews, I contacted Priority Plumbing to clean out a drain and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. They were fairly priced, able to accommodate my schedule quickly & checked in with me before they arrived. David showed up on time and worked for as long as it took to fix the problem. He was very professional & shared suggestions to prevent this moving forward. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

    Plumbing Issues

    It's not always fun when you need to call a plumber because it usually means something broke. I have used Priority Plumbing on multiple occasions now and have nothing but great things to say about them. They are very polite, prompt and punctual when it comes to scheduling an appointment, and explain the work they did very thoroughly. I am incredibly thankful to be referred to them by a friend.
