    Water heater installation

    Fast, reliable and efficient. Water heater started leaking in the wee hours of the morning. Called their office to have someone come in and take look. They were at our house by 9:30am and had a new water tank installed and ready for use by noon of the same day.

    Toilet Installation

    It went well - I now have a nice new toilet, and a good quote on a new water heater. All my questions were answered and I appreciated the expertise. Thank you!

    Plumbing Issues

    We were very happy with our service. We called because we were worried about plumbing in our masterbath and they were able to have Adam come out the same day. Adam answered all our questions thoroughly, and even spoke to us after hours. He was very nice and efficient!

    Plumbing Services - Toilet Installation, Bathtub Reseal & Kitchen Faucet Repair

    I've been a member of Priority Plumbing for several years and would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. They are always dependable for professional, courteous, timely and high-quality service, from the customer service reps to the technicians themselves. Brian was our technician and he was very skilled, friendly, and provided excellent service. On the first visit, Brian completed a system check and assessment in order to provide information about the recommended work to be done, along with quotes. He was efficient and communicated everything in a clear manner, and he also emailed us the quotes to allow us time to decide which option works best. When we booked his second visit to implement the work (toilet installation, kitchen faucet repair and bathtub reseal), he arrived on time & provided high-quality service; he was also clean & tidy throughout his work and upon its completion. Overall, we were very happy with Brian's expertise and services, and would re-book him for our future plumbing needs! I'd also like to add that the customer service reps, Jamil and Kevin, also provided courteous and friendly communication at every contact throughout the process.     Shower drain and toilet backup

    Priority Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. We had a shower drain and toilet backup. Kyle was our service specialist and he was immediately personable and professional. He did an inspection, gave plenty of detailed information, and only did the amount of work that needed to be done. I'll be using them again in the future.     Water heater replacement

    Called regarding a broken water heater Monday morning and someone showed up that after noon around 1 pm and replaced it with a new one. The cost was very cheap then what I use to pay a different plumber I'm glad I stumbled upon them they saved me a lot of money. I'll highly recommend.

    Expertise and Persistence

    This bathroom renovation became a bit of a saga due to the age of the facility and a failure of the City water box. David provided great advice through the process, executed repairs expertly, and saw the job through some long days. Ultimately, having a plumber provide service means inviting a person into one's home. In addition to his knowledge and skill, David is a good communicator and friendly visitor.

    Water heater installation

    I appreciated the quick response to my call. David was very good. He explained what was needed to install the new water heater and completed the job in a very timely manner. After it was done, he gave me a quick demonstration of the best way to use and make adjustments to the water heater.

    plumbing systems check

    I have been a customer of priority plumbing for many years.I was due to have the plumbing checked in the house as a preventative maintenance.Adam and Aiden were the 2 plumbers who addressed various issues that were found during the check.They were courteous and respectful of my property,answered all my questions,and gave me options of how to approach the issues.They replaced a faulty kitchen sink faucet,replaced a cartridge on a leaky cold water bathtub faucet, and replaced a toilet flapper.When the work was done they left the worksite in a neat and tidy manner. From start to finish it was a job well done.

    Water heater

    Super professional and thorough, friendly experts. Adam took his time with the maintenance on my water heater and then explained everything to me as well as how my other faucets are running, etc. I highly recommended Priority Plumbing because they do great work and I’ve only had great experiences! Thanks!
