    Annual System Check

    David was extremely thorough in checking everything. He gave me good recommendations for future repairs. He was very courteous and professional. I felt completely reassured that my plumbing issues are being looked after.

    Broken bathroom sink pipe

    I had an emergency situation last night with a broken bathroom sink pipe. It was after hours, water was leaking fast from under the sink and the hot/cold water shutoff valves were not working. I called Priority Plumbing in a panic and the operator was calm and friendly. He dispatched a crew that arrived less than an hour and they stopped the leak, replaced the pipe and valves, installed a new faucet and cleaned up when they were done. They were not cheap, but they were fair and did not take advantage of my desperate situation. I'd use them again and recommend them to others.

    Toilet and sink repair

    I called Priority Plumbing and they offered same day service. Amazing! The technician txt me 1/2 an hour before he arrived which meant I didn't have to sit around for hours wondering when he would arrive. I was provided with a firm written quote for the job so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. The technician was friendly and professional and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. One final note, Priority Plumbing's use of technology for appointment booking and billing is excellent and really helps with record keeping. I will call Priorty Plumbing next time I have plumbing issues

    Emergency Plumbing

    This company is fantastic. We called on a Saturday with a plumbing emergency and they had two plumbers at our front door within the hour. The technicians, David and Adam, were professional, capable and friendly.

    Faucet replacement

    Wanted to do it myself but ran into trouble. Adam was able to get it done. And well done. The charges are based on fixed time estimates which are on high side but I knew this going in.

    David Distasi

    David arrived at eight AM and worked non stop until four PM installing a kitchen faucet and two bathroom toilets. He was very professional in all respects and knowledgeable. David made sure that his work was done to the best of his ability. It was a pleasure to have him do our work. We highly recommend him as a plumber.

    home plumbing inspection

    We bought the $99 annual review contract when they fixed our tree root blocked drain. This was the free annual inspection which comes with that. It's easy, peace of mind is priceless, no high pressure sales attempted, just the facts as to our situation and options, I would definitely recommend.

    Replace Broken Kitchen Faucet and Leaking Taps

    Priority replaced a broken faucet and leaking taps. I called on late Saturday afternoon and the entire job, including getting my condo to shut off the water, was done by Monday at noon. They did the repair and supplied the new faucet which I like very much. Priority is good company that should applauded for its great service!

    Honest and reasonable price

    These guys are great and very professional. I've used their service twice and they've always been honest and reasonable with their charges. I would certainly use them again and will refer them out to others. Adam was great and he took the time to make sure everything was fixed and that I was satisfied with the work before leaving.     Replacing Cracked Cast Iron Soil Stack

    As a result of the cracked pipe they need to replace a portion of pipe from the basement to the first floor including some excavation to stop the leaking. Overall it was great work by the Priority Plumbing team with a quality job done quicker than expected!
