First of all, Priority Plumbing was able to address the range of needs and questions we had. We had a question about a leaking shower that we didn't think had anything to do with the plumbing, and needed help diagnosing the problem, plus we had a toilet that wasn't working very well, and we were almost positive would need replacing. Priority Plumbing was easy to contact, and it was easy to make an appointment that fit our schedule. It was only $59 for them to come out, and then, unlike others, they don't charge by the hour once they are there, but rather charge only if they end up doing the work, and it is based on the job itself (not an hourly rate). The plumber (or technician) who came was David. He was phenomenal! He took the time to assess the situation and explain everything. He told us honestly what the possible solutions were, and even explained that it probably wasn't worth it to pay somebody to fix the shower issue, as we could probably just do the caulking ourselves. Since we really dislike caulking jobs (as they are time consuming and finnicky), we paid him to do it anyways. He did that and replaced our toilet the same day. He was very personable, and very professional. Just wonderful all around! I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing to anyone.
