    Unethical Billing and Quoting Practices

    Mathew was very professional. Unfortunately the way they charge is very opaque. It’s a reasonable fee to diagnose, but then they hit you with an estimate that is 2-3x higher than what a regular plumber would charge. I got quoted $400.00 to replace a wax toilet seal which is a 20minute job, maybe 45 minutes if you really take your time and $5.00 in materials. They do tell you upfront that the fee for diagnosing is $50.00 and then the plumber will quote on the job and not hourly. That’s all fine but what they don’t tell you is that the price they quote will work out to be around $400.00/hour. They prey on customers who 1. Don’t know what things cost, 2. Customers who now have to hose between finding another company and just saying ok. Rock and a hard place. In my humble opinion, they should let customers know up front that their per job quote will be roughly at a rate of $300-400.00 per hour. I chose not to go ahead with the $400.00 quote to change the wax ring on my toilet and took the time to find another company that was upfront of the costs. In their favor, they did get someone out within an hour to quote. Won’t be calling Pirority back knowing how they charge.

We understand that some people simply want the cheapest price. Thats why we always offer the price before we start. Your implications that we prey on people is simply not true. The true test of any plumbing experience is whether or not you have a flood 6 months down the road. We hope this doesn't happen to you. If it does those cheap plumbers are next to impossible to locate when things go wrong.     Hot water issue

    Called Priority Plumbing, who we have used in the past for work, to come out for an issue with no hot water in one of our showers. Kyle arrived well within the time frame requested, and checked out the issue. While working the shower valve, we both heard something "dislodge" and the hot water came back! Noted it must have been his stern voice talking to it!!! Kyle was great, checked a few other things while in the house and provided some general items to think about. Well worth the service call.

    Plumbing issue

    Greg was amazing and thoroughly explained the issue and the best solution to solve the problem. He was extremely professional and I will not hesitate to call Priority Plumbing again.

    Priority Plumbing

    I am very happy to recommend Priority Plumbing. They help us with bringing up to standards an older home. First, when we moved in, by bringing in more efficiency shower heads, but also fixing a leaking toilet and changing damaged pipes. And now, by conducting an annual inspection and fixing our shower. Not only did Kyle remember our situation, but he was also able to help improve on what we have. He’s great and I appreciate that he has been sent back to continue to service our home.

    Plumbing Problems

    Adam was wonderful. His friendly and respectful manners added to my comfort in having him in my home. His skill and professionalism left me happy with the efficient and competent way he met my plumbing needs.

    Clogged Drain in Double Basin Bathroom

    Great initial response time, and exceptional service from Adam. He even came earlier than originally scheduled as he had a cancellation. Adam was very respectful of my home, fixed the problem (clogged drain in double-basin bathroom) and explained how to avoid future problems. I'm glad I called these guys and I'm happy to recommend them to others.

    Prompt, professional and friendly

    In trying to replace the cartridge on the faucet for our bathroom tub I damaged the rough-in for the tap and it had to be replaced. I called a few companies and was told the earliest appointment was at least 5 days away. Priority was able to come the next morning. The job was bigger and more expensive than I expected but did take the two workers (Greg and David) over 3 hours. They did a very careful job replacing all the copper plumbing connections. It was clear throughout that doing a quality job was very important to them. I was relieved to get the problem resolved as quickly as I did although (as noted) surprised at the total cost. Given that I didn't have competing quotes and the problem was resolved so quickly I think the cost was probably competitive and fair.

    Basic plumbing problem resolved

    We had a basic plumbing problem which the technician helped us resolve quickly and easily. Service was fast and price was very reasonable. Options were explained clearly to us. Very pleased overall.

    New Toilet Installations

    David was great to work with. He came to complete my new toilet installations even though I was outside of his normal service area. He was extremely flexible in picking up the replacement toilets I ordered from Home Depot to avoid a huge delivery charge. He was very respectful of my home while completing his work to ensure my home stayed clean. He took the time to educate me on the process and charged a very reasonable price.     Sewer backup repair

    We had a sewer backup repair done to our home. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to work with right from the start. Greg was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The work was excellently completed and on time.
