    Quick and Immediately dispatch to get work done.

    I had to get 2 drains unclogged in a condo at Bay Street a few days ago and I had used Priority Plumbing to replace/repair the toilets for the same condo. This time around I had to get the bath tub drains unclogged. A total of 2 drains were unclogged. I was happy with the service I received over the phone by Allison who was quick and helpful to dispatch someone the next day. Only thing I was extremely surprised and in awe about was the price the handyman charged me to get the job done. It was a simple snake to take out hair from the drain. If I had the time I would have gone to do it but I really couldn't since I have a newborn baby. The price that was quoted to me on the phone were all over $300-650+ ... this caught me at a surprise but I was desperate to get the job done as I really have no time to see to it myself. I paid the $631.98 to get 2 bath tubs unclogged and what came out did not seem like much. The price kind of scared me. The time I had all toilets replaced, sealed, cleaned and installed only costed me $1000 per toilet ... getting the drains unclogged was almost more then half that price. Overall, the job was done and I am happy. But really, the price scared me.

    Always on time

    I am very satisfied with their service. Matthew from priority plumbing was on time and professional. Never go with another plumbing company till now. I would definitely recommend them! Love their work.

    Trust them

    Recently purchased a 1920s home close to Toronto that had been vacant for a year.They came out and assessed all the problems we had and gave a reasonable estimate.When we had them come to do the work they kept the cost to the estimate and techs were very friendly.

    Smell coming out of washing machine area

    We had a smell coming out of the floor drain behind our washing machine and Kyle determined that we needed to get a primer line installed. He was extremely professional, polite and patient. He sat with me and explained why we needed the line and if we didnt want to do that, what our other options would be. He even drew me a picture of how it worked. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful/thorough service. I feel like I understand way more about what is going on in my house now. 10/10 would recommend!

    Blocked Drain

    Kyle and crew did a 5-star job. He explained my options, gave me quotes for each, and then did the work on time at the quoted price. When it was completed (it included digging up part of my basement) everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

    NIGHTMARE DRIAN CLOG

    BOTH KYLE AND ADAM HAVE WORKED ON THIS PROJECT. DUE TO POOR CONSTRUCTION/BAD PLUMBING LAYOUT FROM 25 YEARS AGO. PIPES WERE EXTREMELY CLOGGED WITH FOOD AND GREASE. INITIALLY I HAD ADAM SNAKE THE DRAINS DUE TO IT BEING THE CHEAPEST OPTION, AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS, i NOTICE3D THE DRAINS WERE BACKING UP AGAIN SO KYLE WAS CALLED IN THIS TIME WE DID THE POWER WASH AT THE 2ND PRICE POINT KEEPING ME WELL AWARE OF MY COSTS DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS. THE POWER WASH WAS STILL UNSUCCESSFUL SO WE HAD TO GO TO THE FINAL OPTION USING THE BIG 150 FOOT POWER SNAKE WITH A COMBINATION OF POWER WASH. FINALLY AFTER 12 HRS OF WORKING ON SITE KYLE WAS SUCCESSFUL AND OUR DRAINS ARE FLOWING ONCE AGAIN. they WERE NEGOTIABLE ON COST SAVINGS FOR ME AND GOING FORWARD WE HAVE SET UP A 6 MONTH MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE. GREAT JOB GUYS! NOW IF ONLY I COULD FIND THE ARCHITECT WHO DESIGNED MY PLUMBING.......

    Sump pump fix

    Good but expensive

    I’d like to give a 5 star rate to this company mainly because Adam the field service technician was really nice and he actually did a good job. 5 star rate means flawless to me. After I contacted Priority based on their extremely good reviews, a series of emails, text messages and phone calls went back and forth to coordinate my availability at home, as well as confirmations, re-confirmations, calendar requests, “like” requests on social media, biographies of the team involved, etc., etc., etc. I was scheduled to have the technician between 8am and 1pm. Around noon of the same service day I received another phone call advising me that there was a delay and if I would like to re-schedule my service call for another date, which was not possible. I had taken the day off and cancelled a lunch meeting. At 2.15 the technician arrived, and he left at 3.15. He replaced a broken fill valve of crane toilet with a $16 quality toilet fill valve ultra quiet “sleep right” and put a section of plastic pipe under kitchen piping for support. Price tag: $421.26 plus hst is $476.02, with a note that says “potential savings $0-32” LOL. True, I agreed on the price because I wanted to get over with this, but I think it is very expensive for a one hour gig.

    Plumbing and septic

    Greg and Karine are very professional and prompt. Greg discovered our plumbing problems immediately and helped us decide what to do with confidence. This is the second time we have called on Greg, and we highly recommend him and his company. The first job they did for us was to install basement flooding protection. This was a rather large job, and the work team was quiet, quick, and professional throughout. Also, we felt the pricing from Greg was fair.
