Reply created 17 Nov 2017We are sorry that you are having sewer backups. We understand how frustrating it can be. We repaired 5 feet of pipe for you and did a camera inspection of the remaining 60 feet of pipe. At that time we advised you that it was full of baby wipes and needed to be cleaned. You refused to have the work done and then experienced another backup. The pipe that we repaired is in perfect condition and the baby wipes have clogged the pipe further down the line. Reply created 13 Oct 2017Hi Leila, We are sorry that you are unhappy, but we did provide 2 options on the system before we began. One was better but the lid wouldn't fit, and the other was inferior and the lid would fit. You told us that you were going to have a custom radan lid produced by another company and chose the option that suited your needs best. Unfortunately you found out that you could not find a lid after the installation. In any event we have since comeout to resolve the issue for you at no additional charge.
