    Priority Plumbing

    In the last year we have had a bathroom sink and a backflow valve installed, and a minor repair to our toilet done. PP always does an excellent-- the technicians and office staff are courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

    Fantastic emergency service

    Second time using these guys. Fantastic customer service. Professional. Fast. Pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for anyone needing plumbing services. Was really impressed that they took the time to show options also.

    failure of previously installed part

    Our shower control failed after a year of last replacement. Service prompt today and Mat was wonderful as always. Part is under warranty - we will be set in a few days. No more drips.

    duct blocked & after they came I have a flood with contaminated water

    I had a duct in my basement that looked blocked. They came & the camera couldn´t go through the entire pipe so they had to dig in my basement floor. They found baby wipes & sanitary paper. They replaced part of the pipe but then they found something else blocking & they weren`t sure what was it. Next day they showed with a stronger snake & they said that was all fine. Next day I come home & my basement is flooded with contaminated water. I asked them to come & fix it & they claimed this isn`t related to their job (i never had a flood before this). Then the supervisor disappears while I put my baby to sleep. I call to the office to know what`s going on & they said that if I want them to come back I have to make a 600 CAD deposit because they need to do a power wash that cost 1.200 CAD (added to the 2.800 cad that I have paid already), which was suggested by them after they left my house the first time as a recommendation. Which apparently after their first job became "mandatory". They didn´t assume any responsability for this crappy job

    We are sorry that you are having sewer backups. We understand how frustrating it can be. We repaired 5 feet of pipe for you and did a camera inspection of the remaining 60 feet of pipe. At that time we advised you that it was full of baby wipes and needed to be cleaned. You refused to have the work done and then experienced another backup. The pipe that we repaired is in perfect condition and the baby wipes have clogged the pipe further down the line. Sorry about that. Sincerely, - The Priority Team.

    Kitchen sink clog fix

    I had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried fixing myself. But I needed a pro to help me. Adam at priority plumbing did a fantastic job for us. Would hire them again

    Good Service

    Called Priority Plumbing last minute after a poor experience with another company. Adam came over with plenty of time to spare. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and explained all the work needed without any confusion. The replacement materials they brought along were solid quality, and after ensuring the work was done well, they followed up by inspecting all the other pipes and drains, just to prevent any further leaks in the immediate future. Fast, hardworking, and decent. It was a great experience.

    kitchen sink leak

    These guys did very good work for me. They were on time and kept me informed from the very first call i made to them. If i had one concern i thought it was a bit pricey for the job.

    Outstanding Service

    OUTSTANDING! Greg was our service guy, he was courteous and solved our problem in 30 minutes. When Greg was done he cleaned everything up and explained why our problem occurred. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Very happy.

    Installation of a new sump pump and a back up system

    Had some issues getting them back in but after some calls and emails, all is good with new sump pump set up. I would have given 5 star if service return didn’t take long, but once there all was good.

    Hi Leila, We are sorry that you are unhappy, but we did provide 2 options on the system before we began. One was better but the lid wouldn't fit, and the other was inferior and the lid would fit. You told us that you were going to have a custom radan lid produced by another company and chose the option that suited your needs best. Unfortunately you found out that you could not find a lid after the installation. In any event we have since comeout to resolve the issue for you at no additional charge.     Installation of new kitchen tap and of new stopping mechanism in bathroon sink.

    I have nothing but praise for both Kyle, the technician who took care of my repairs and installation, and for Alison, who set up the appointment from the office. From start to finish, the whole process was clear, simple, transparent, efficient, thorough, and timely. Truly excellent!
