    provide quality of care and customer service

    Promptly returned my emergency call and scheduled service the next morning on a Clogged basement drain. Plumber Kyle that responded was extremely polite, professional and explained the process to its entirety. Very pleased with the quality of care and customer service. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

    knowledgeable staff with fairly price

    Priority Plumbing's technician Matthew came out promptly as promised, and fixed our clogged main drain. Not only was he knowledgeable as expected, but he also made recommendations that made sense and were not just a sales pitch. The repair was fairly priced and we are back in business. I would not hesitate to use Priority Plumbing again when I need a plumber.

    Toilet Installation

    Adam of Priority Plumbing is a true Professional!!!Adam clearly communicated my options and was not pushy Adam was always respectful,helpful,Knowlegable (10 years experience) and efficient. Adam beautifully installed a toilet in my condo -it's perfect!!!!!Adam made the entire procedure none stressful and I will definitely recommend Adam to all my friends and for any future projects. I couldn't be happier!!!!!! With such a Professional who is interested in being an expert in his field!!!!

    Very knowledgeable staffs

    Priority Plumbing did a great job taking care of my plumbing needs. I had a valve leak in the bathroom and needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Greg was very knowledgeable and put me at ease with their confidence to help me. I'll definitely use them again. Thanks!

    Two showers, a main house valve and a sink

    I was recently in need of plumbing work because the handle for the control in my upstairs shower was broken, my two-handled shower downstairs was leaking. and the water for the house wouldn't shut off completely. The upstairs shower valve and kit were very old so my options were buy a new handle and buff up the crappy old hardware ... or replace with a newer, better shower kit. I chose Priority Plumbing and have no regrets. Dealing with the company was easy - they were prompt and pleasant. The plumber, Kyle, provided a clear description of the problems and costed out various ways to proceed...with zero pressure to go in any particular direction. Kyle ended up replacing the main water valve for the house, as well as the valves and shower kits for both showers. Also, he installed a new sink that I had purchased and hadn't gotten around to putting in. (And provided some good general tips and tuned up both toilets.) The work was a bit complicated and ended up taking close to 14 hours of labour. But I'm very happy with the results and, if I have any further plumbing issues to deal with, I'll be telling Priority to send Kyle!

    Incredible Service

    I had Adam come to investigate a leak in our basement. He could not have been more thorough, kind, or helpful. He outlined what he was doing and went through every possibility in order to eliminate potential sources. I am absolutely delighted with the service received and will 100% contact Priority Plumbing next time I need help.

    Repaired broken pike

    Austin was incredible - punctual, courteous (always wore shoe covers), knowledgable, and efficient. We had a leaking pipe that was damaging the ceiling (due to a previous poor contractor) and he swiftly analyzed the problem and cut a small hole in the ceiling to repair the cracked pipe. I highly recommend him to anyone - he did a fabulous job and cleaned up all the drywall dust.

    First but great experience with Priority Plumbing

    Plumbing issue is a MAJOR DISASTER that might happen in the house. Had a list of those major and minor disasters to be fixed: leaking water pipe, wobbly toilet bowl leaking from the bottom, leaking toilet water tank, faucets requiring adjustment, shower head spreading water all crazy ways possible - basically all things that could possibly go wrong. Thanks to Austin, the Technician and my savior, all these have been fixed. He walked me through all details relating to repairs, gave few recommendations which I'm thankful for. Very professional, knowledgeable and just a very nice person pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

    Quick service

    We called priority plumbing this afternoon about a leak under the house from a sink drain. They were able to get Adam (nicest man on the planet) out to our house within 2 hours and he was able to fix it for an incredible price. The funny thing is that while I was taken aback by how great the customer service was and how quickly they were able to fix the problem, it would appear that this is just how priority plumbing always operates. Thank you priority plumbing!!!!

    My go to plumbers

    Greg is my "go to" plumber. I was so happy to see him at the door this morning! I called after 10..p.m. after toilet crisis and by 715 a.m.the appointment had been set..confirmed. Greg arrived on time.expert, understanding, spotless cleanup removal of old toilet...on with the new! Thanks so much for your prompt service....until next time! Jane Anne
