And once again I hired Priority Plumbing for a small job. I intended to have them coming at my place to discuss sump pump . We did and then I asked them to take care of that tap as they were here. I really enjoy having them at my place. They take the time, works you with the details , explains you everything they will do. They make sure that you will be comfortable with every aspect of the job. And they have an outstanding hotline , even during peak season they pick up your call and always dispatch somebody within 24 hours. This is my 4th job with them. They are not cheap but you get what you paid for, totally worth it . I remember on the third job I was not totally satisfied with one detail of the job, they dispatched immediately someone to fix it at no extra cost. They're just great.

Of course it's never convenient when your Toilet breaks and floods your bathroom. They were quick and responsive!! Because of the kind service, we called them again to install a new toilet weeks later. Amazing job replacing The Toilet.

Greg has been to our house a few times now and has managed to resolve our issues every time. We live in an older home and are well aware that the problems that come up are not always an easy fix because of parts and age. Greg goes above and beyond every time and that's a rare quality these days. Karine who answers our call is very efficient and helpful. She gives us time lines for our service needs and when it's time sensitive, gives us alternate solutions for our needs. Thank you both for your continued excellent service. I do not hesitate to recommend you and Priority Plumbing whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I have lived in Toronto for over 20 years and have plenty of experience with companies both good and bad. Priority Plumbing is among the best and provided excellent, comprehensive and quality service at a value price. The work was substantial in that my house was incorrectly plumbed when it was built some 25 years ago. I will not go into the details to save space here but needless to say it was a job of several thousand dollars due to the extensive fixes needed to get everything up to code. Priority Plumbing was attentive and provided a full set of options. The sale was straight forward and relaxed (unlike many other plumbing companies I have experienced in the past). They explained the problems they found and gave me multiple options as to how to address them with advantages and disadvantages to each. They started the work on time and finished it in the time frame promised. NO SURPRISES! They tested and thoroughly and completely corrected any minor short comings that they found or that I pointed out before completing the job and paying the bill. It was one of my best experiences in Toronto with a plumbing company.

My hot water pipes froze with last weeks sub-zero temperatures. I called Priority Plumbing and they promptly returned my phone call even though I can imagine everyone else in the city had frozen pipes. Even though they were very busy, they came over to fix my problem in a reasonable time given the circumstances. They quickly fixed the problem. I liked the over the top customer service. It takes extra time to go back out to the truck to get booties to cover their shoes so they didn't track anything into the house. It takes extra time to explain to me what happened and Why and HOW to prevent pipes freezing in the future. I am not mechanical so they told me I could just let the faucet drip very slowly when it gets cold and the pipes won't freeze. THAT is much easier for me than trying to figure out what valves to turn /how far? / which way? Too hard for me to figure out THAT way to keep pipes from freezing. I would call Priority Plumbing back in a minute and I am recommending them to my women friends who are NOT handy. They are VERY professional and gives over the top service.

Had a representative from Priority Plumbing to inspect a tub we thought to be improperly installed. Everything from the first phone call right through to the end was handled with courtesy and professionalism and we will certainly go back if and when we need any additional plumbing services.

I am an Interior Designer, who had some work to do in my own home. I received an email to tell me who and when would be coming to my door, and even some info about hobbies that Adam, my plumber enjoyed. I loved that. He's a person! Adam was great. He recommended what needed to be checked, cleared the drains by snaking all the way to the stack. Gave me great recommendations for care. Was professional, on time, communicated well. Great experience. Will diffidently recommend him to my clients.

My sump pump sprung a leak during the night and I needed a repair technician quickly. I was ultimately disappointed with Priority Plumbing's after hours service, as I was told by the answering service that a technician would be there in 60-90 minutes, and when I called after that window passed, I was told that this was the expected time that they would get back to me - which makes no sense and is clearly a CYA move. However, Greg (the Technician) was excellent. He was patient and laid out all of my options, listened to which way I wanted to go and didn't try to talk me into a more aggressive (i.e. expensive) option. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to not just do the job, but show where things went wrong, what he did to fix it and how to perform preventative maintenance. Greg was great and I would recommend him again. But fix your call service, because it misleading at best!

Karine and Greg did a fantastic job helping my family and I out today! Last night I discovered my boiler was leaking from the safety relief valve. It looked like it was shot. This morning at 7 AM I called Priority and Karine took my call and indicated that a technician would be over today to assess the situation. Greg came over and stayed for nearly 6 hours to fix the leak plus fix what was causing the leak. He knew right away the possible cause - excessive pressure due to some form of blockage in the pipes - and where it would be. He walked me through what could be causing the pressure build up and resulting failure and gave me escalating quotes for the different levels of intervention. I went with the max despite the cost. I have to say there was no upselling. His level of knowledge and expertise was what convinced me to go for the complete replacement of three key components which also involved the tedious task of draining out my rads. Exactly where he said there would be blockage - there it was. The pipes were clogged with rust slurry and other debris. I was/am totally impressed. Greg knows his stuff !! I believe I dodged a massive repair and clean up bill had I not taken his expert advice. My heating system is now all fixed and the hot water is flowing smoothly through my rads. I think my heating efficiency went back up to when the boiler system was newly installed. On top of Greg's wealth of technical knowledge and experience, he is also very friendly and easy going, plus he had a few entertaining stories to tell. I would highly recommend Greg, Karine and Priority Plumbing and Drains. I am impressed my call was answered so quickly (thanks Karine!), my issue fixed within the day (no chasing and following up), clean up, friendly and efficient service, and their expertise. This is, I think, the 4th or 5th time I've engaged Priority.

So , I had a friend refer me to Property Plumbing after advising me to have old valves replaced on my manifold. The price Property Plumbing quoted sounded reasonable (you always kind of brace yourself with plumbers!), and it was good to feel secure in the knowledge that he would do an excellent job. Which he did. Not only that, but I felt completely comfortable leaving them working in my house, allowing me to go back to work, thus saving me money! After they finished, Property Plumbing texted me photos and a description of the completed work. I couldn't have asked for more, especially in the trust factor.
