    KItchen Faucet Replacement

    My kitchen faucet was leaking water from the neck. Initially I thought I could have the cartridge replaced without having to spend money on a new faucet. My condo building is barely three years old. The plumbing should still be relatively "new". I called Priority Plumbing, as I always did when I owned a house in Toronto. (I used to have a ton of plumbing issues with my old home). Kyle was excellent. He offered options and made recommendations. Turned out that the faucet was damaged beyond repair. I was able to arrive at a decision quickly. We're pleased with the new faucet Kyle installed for us.

    Remove leaking radiator

    I accidentally damaged a basement radiator pipe when trying to move a new fridge. After shutting off the required valves to stop water spraying everywhere, leaving me with no heat in the basement. I called Priority Plumbing and they were there the same day and fixed the issue. Karine booked the appointment and was very pleasant and had a great attitude. And, best of all, she followed up at each step. Although it was more costly than I had expected, they explained that the entire system needed to be drained, repaired and then refilled which was a 3/4 day venture. Gary was our plumber and he arrived promptly and was very courteous. He explained every step and gave me some good background on how my heating system worked. He took the time to point out what each of the valves did leading into and out of my furnace so I could more confidently deal with any short term emergencies. Gary repaired the pipe and also removed the radiator at our request given that we had it turned off most of the time (too hot in that area) - so it freed up some additional space as well. Equally importantly, Reliable stands behind its work. The next morning we discovered that 2 of our basement rads had stopped working. Gary was dispatched for later that morning and spent an hour to get them back up and running by solving an airlock problem at no charge. Very impressed and happy with service and people at Priority!

    Excellent Work!

    My second time using Priority Plumbing. Both times excellent work! Kyle was knowledgeable, fast, efficient! Arrived at arranged time, explained everything in detail, offered options as part of quote and finished work in the first visit.

    Great Service!

    Our sum pump gave up on us on a Saturday and we called Priority Plumbing and Drains around 10:00. Karine was very nice on the phone and got us directives (about what to do with the overheating pump while we were waiting) from a technician really fast. By 2:00 Adam was at our house investigating and offering various solutions. He was very efficient, polite and well mannered. He also took the time to look at other problems in the house. Last but not least, he worked without making a mess! We will call them again for sure the next time we're in need of plumbing professionals.

    plumbing - lifetime customer!

    We were more than impressed with Priority Plumbing. From the communication at our first meeting with Austin, the efficient, courteous work of the crew, through the final inspection at the end, we've never had a better experience with any service provider. We highly recommend Priority Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work of any kind. They are our plumber for life!

    Radiator Repair

    Greg was very efficient; he explained everything he was doing so I could understand why he was doing it. He repaired our very old radiator and didn't leave until he made certain the entire system was working properly. He even cleaned up the tiny amount of debris from the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

    Fixing someone else's error

    We hired someone to renovate our bathroom and unfortunately, they left it in a complete mess and walked away with our money! We called Priority Plumbing, and Adam was very professional and empathetic. I even cried in front of him because of how heartbroken I was with the situation! He understood our concerns and resolve it. He was very genuine. I will be definitely calling them again for future projects! Thanks Adam

    Blogged drain

    Priority plumbing was able to provide same day service on a Saturday to address a blogged shower drain. Although the blockage had mysteriously disappeared by the time Adam arrived, he was very helpful in troubleshooting what may have happened and offered a preventive solution to avoid future problems. He also recommended that the washing machine hoses and shut off valves be replaced because they showed signs of leakage. We were very pleased with his work and everything was spotless when he finished. Would definitely recommend Adam and Priority Plumbing!

    Plumbing Inspection

    I had priority plumbing come in and do a full plumbing inspection for my new house. They did a fantastic job of telling me what work needs to be done. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing for all plumbing

    Rusty pipes replaced

    Greg from Priority Plumbing was terrific! We had some old water pipes. It was a real messy job. By the end of it all, the place was immaculate! The shower pressure is great and we are very happy with the price and the service. Thanks to Greg and Priority Plumbing.
