    Annual checkup

    Kyle B. was sent to do our annual inspection this year. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything he was checking, and provided a lot of useful information for our system maintenance. I am always reassured to know that we are in good hands with Priority Plumbing. They have always taken great care with their service. Thank you.

    Main Drain Replacement

    We called Priority Plumbing to clear a clogged drain that we believed was full of roots from our tree. Brandon was very up front and honest about the potential complications we could be facing. Following the attempt to clear the drain, Brandon ascertained that it was a more severe problem. He immediately began the process of explaining options to us and worked with us to choose the best option to get us up and running again. Brandon was very supportive and reassuring throughout the process. Although there were unexpected setbacks during the construction, Brandon remained available to explain the process to us and help us through what was an incredibly stressful time. Brandon and his team were very professional, respectful of our home and did a fantastic job. i would definitely recommend them

    House-wide plumbing

    We had the pleasure of having Kyle B. fix a number of plumbing issues around the house. He was incredibly professional and completed everything in a timely fashion. He also took the time to explain everything before he did it and to give options when an unforeseen issue arose. Kyle also gave many tips for home maintenance as he worked throughout the day. That was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Priority Plumbing & Drains and particularly Kyle B.

    Investigate Sewage Ejector

    Priority Plumbing was very professional, and quick to respond to my issue. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They were on-site in a few hours, identified the issue and provided a quote. I ended up going with someone else who was a little cheaper, but I was very impressed by their speed and professionalism.

    Replace shutoff valves , extend pipes and reconnect kitchen faucet

    Professional, courteous and friendly. However, gave 3 estimates for other issues that were outlandishly expensive. Charged us for the estimate and would not subtract it from the final price unless you choose the expensive options presented. The actual estimate for the job they were called for initially, was double what another professional plumber ended up charging me for the exact same job.

    Kitchen Update

    There isn't enough space here to write my rave about the impeccable and spectacular service I received from Adam T. He was so willing to help with my constant questioning about having a new dishwasher installed and the sink replaced. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and above all, a kind human being. If you're looking for help with your plumbing needs, then I wholeheartedly recommend Priority Plumbing. Their ethos and work practices surpassed all of my expectations. You can't go wrong with them.

    Emergency burst pipe connector

    A sudden burst pipe connection caused a flash flood in my lower level bathroom and hall. Luckily, I was close by and heard the sound of gushing water. Could not turn off the bathroom shut-off as the water was splashing my face. Ran to the main shut-off valve, closed it, and on my way back to the bathroom passed a phone ringing - by chance it was a recorded message from Priority plumbing. I pressed 1 for a receptionist and explained my need to Alison. She took instant action and Kyle was on his way promptly. He made the needed replacement and checked the system as well. He was prompt, polite, friendly, and cleaned up well. Very nice to deal with this company

    Plumbing Review

    Greg arrived to look at the plumbing in a house we recently moved into. He went through the whole house and took the time to explain his assessment and gave us practical advice on how address our plumbing issues.

    Plumbing - Main Water Valve Replacement / Shower Valve Replacement

    Greg arrived on time and was a first class professional from beginnning to end. He clearly explained the process, outlined our options and cost, and provided a reasonable quote and reasons. He takes pride in his work which was exceptional including cleanup, wearing booties over his boots and respecting our home. He takes his time to make sure his work is excellent (good is not good enough for Greg). We have total confidence in Greg and we would have no hesitation calling Greg back or referring him to anyone. In summary, excellent professional work at a reasonable cost.

    Plumbing Issues

    This is the 2nd time we have called on Priority Plumbing. We were so impressed with Adam the first time (for clogged toilet, leaky bathtub faucet, new bathroom sink faucet, and repair to seal on main bathroom toilet) that we asked for him again (new master bedroom bathroom toilet and replacement of kitchen faucet). Adam works very efficiently and is extremely thorough. He presented our options and gave detailed explanations of the work involved and product choices. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely contact Priority Plumbing again for any of our plumbing issues.
