We encountered a back-up drain/clogged garburator. Called Priority Plumbing and they efficiently sent Adam over. Adam was great..he explained our options, costs, etc. and was pleasant and thorough in the process. Long story short...the problem was fixed and while we spent more money than we anticipated, Adam did a great job, explained everything to us, gave us some ideas going forward and we will definitely use them again! A pleasure to deal with!!

I have used Priority before for a different issue. This time the Insurance required hot water tank to be checked as it was nearly 10 years old. They arrived very promptly a day after I called to inspect the tank. Matt was very thorough and extremely pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to call or recommend Priority Plumbing

[September 7, 2016] I called Priority Plumbing to unclog a bathtub drain and fix a toilet that was refilling slowly. A friendly technician came by early June 2016. He checked out the whole house's plumbing and gave a series of quotes, ranging from a several hundred dollars (to unclog the drain and to replace the toilet fill valve) to about $4,000 (to also upgrade a bunch of other water valves). Whoa -- that's for a day's work by one guy! (Albeit including materials costs.) I went with the lowest quote to just unclog the drain and fix the toilet. He ordered a new toilet fill valve which he would come back to install in a few weeks. As for the bathtub drain, he ran a snake and came back up with bad news -- tree roots. He told me he needed to run a camera to see how bad it was, so I bought their annual camera inspection plan. But we had to remove the toilet to run the camera. They charge $400 to remove and replace a toilet (!), so we agreed I'd take the toilet off myself and he'd come back the next day to run the camera. I appreciated his agreeing to come in on a Sunday, but as it turns out he never showed up (and no phone call), so I wasted a lot of time taking off and replacing the toilet (not to mention waiting around). I never heard back from the technician after that despite several phone calls to their dispatch line. They told me the toilet fill valve was on back-order but it's been a few months now and it hasn't arrived yet. My invoice didn't itemize costs but it was over $600 for running the snake and prepayment for replacing a fill valve. Add on the annual camera plan (which I never got either) and taxes and we're up to $771.15. I originally gave a 3 on this review because I gave up on getting the toilet fixed. [UPDATE September 8, 2016] I got a call from the company right after writing the above review. They told me the technician has been on training for the last two months and that the fill valve will be delivered and installed next week, and they have offered to refund the cost of the camera inspection annual plan. I have revised my review from 3 to 5 as a result of their preliminary efforts to make things right. [UPDATE October 1, 2016] The part finally came in and the toilet was fixed a few days ago. The (new) technician did a thorough job and said he would look into replacing another part that seems to be slowing down the water line. I am revising my review again from 5 to 8 in anticipation of getting a refund on the camera plan I never used. [UPDATE November 26 2016] The technician proactively came back to install a part that makes the toilet flush like new again. I'm pretty impressed by the follow-up -- especially since I already paid in full a long time ago. I have to admit, you get pretty good service for the high price. Changing review from 8 to 9.

I noticed the sink in the basement bathroom was leaking and damaging the cabinet. After attempting to patch the pipe myself I called Priority Priority Plumbing. They were fast, clean and great to deal with. Overall I'm very happy with the service. I would definately recommend them.

After my usual morning routine I was shocked to discover my basement flooded with sewage. I quickly Googled for plumbers and found Priority Plumbing. They were fast and extremely professional. By the end of the day they had replaced my sewer pipe and left the house in spectacular fashion. It was like they were never here! I am very happy with the service and will definitely call them again should the need arise. (cross my fingers).

I am very happy with the high level of service that I received from Priority Plumbing today. They arrived within 2 hours and the price was reasonable. Their plumber Greg was a really nice guy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He did a terrific job and cleaned up real nice too. Usually I'm quite concerned about having workers in my house but Greg made me feel like I was in good hands every step of the way. It looks like I found my plumber for life.

We have been a customer of Priority Plumbing for a few years now, and brought them back to a) look at and fix a leaking showerhead, b) look at and fix a slow filling toilet, and c) look at another toilet that was giving us some problems. Greg arrived and review all three - gave great ideas and recommendations. We decided to replace the one toilet (it was a big box one) with a new Toto, and just leave the other one. The showerhead needed a replacement part, and Greg worked with the supplier to arrange to get the part. Greg was AWESOME the whole way through - professional, courteous, timely and full of ideas. He went above our expectations. The price was not cheap, but the quality of the service and the end results were well worth it.

I live in a condo and faced a clog in one of my bathrooms. The toilet, shower, and sink drains were flooding. I had a few friends snake and wet vac the drains to no avail. I called Priority Plumbing and they sent their plumber, Kyle, to resolve the issue. Kyle is young, friendly, informative, and a true professional. It took several snakes using the power snake to finally bust open the clog. Kyle helped to fix another smaller blockage in the sink, and water leak in the shower head. This was done on a very hot day in downtown Toronto where parking is lacking. Poor Kyle had to bring all his stuff from several blocks over. I appreciated the job well done, Kyle's sincerity, and the goodwill he left with me and as such won me over as a customer for life.

Superb phone person, cheerful, happy to help. Knowledgeable and asked key needed questions promptly & effectively. KNEW her stuff and what Priority Plumbing could / could not do. She was an excellent "window" into the company. Promptly arranged for a plumber to come within the hour to fit my timetable. Plumber clean, polite, knowledgeable, "I can fix that" - and he did. NO wasted time, very neat job, cleaned up completely. I was MORE than satisfied, and would recommend Priority without reservation.

Excellent service! I called and Kyle came out immediately. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. Very proactive, he noticed a few plumbing issues that may have caused us problems. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing and Kyle for your plumbing needs.
