    Toilet install, valves and a new kitchen faucet

    service Excellence at it's finest !!! The entire staff at Priority Plumbing are terrific to deal with. I've been using them for years and they've never disappointed me. The service is always fast, the plumbers are always clean and respectful. The prices are fair and the quality of work is always top notch. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

    Diagnose water leak and update shut off valves

    My experience at Priority Plumbing and Drains was good. I think it is likely that I would use them again in the event that I have problems with my plumbing.

    Main Drain replacement

    ***Update*** I have unfortunately had to reduce my rating as it has been a week and a half since the plumbing was finished and inspected and there is still a hole in my basement, rubbish in my driveway and even with a promise to come and complete the work it's still not done. Really disappointing considering they were paid over two weeks ago. It's a shame their sub-contractors are decreasing their rating as the core team at Priority Plumbing are amazing ***Original post*** I woke Sunday last week to find my basement flooded with what I thought was water. It turned out that my main drain had been blocked for a long time and everything had been backing up into a basement bathroom without my knowledge for months. Brandon came out on a Sunday morning and explained everything to me very clearly. He didn't pressure me into replacing the entire main drain, I made this suggestion and the pricing was very reasonable. The work was horribly messy, the team did a fantastic job and had everything completed within three days. The only area I would change if I had to do this over would be to remove all of my clothing and items from the basement before the work starts. They cover everything with plastic but even so, I'm having to dry clean my entire wardrobe due to the dust on them. I really cannot thank Brandon and his team for making what I thought was going to be a major drama into a fast and easy solution for me.

    Kitchen faucet replacement and bathrooms caulking replacement

    Adam was very professional answering questions regarding the replacement of the old faucet that was leaking. He was very courteous and friendly and I am sure he has done a great long lasting job. The only complain I have is the price but I guess that is part of Toronto's "perks".

    Bath/Shower faucet

    Greg T was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He presented a range of options and scenarios making all elements clear...cost, timing, esthetic and performance. Greg did a wonderful job ...efficient, organized and left not even footprints behind!

    Great service!

    Mathew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick with his servicing! Helped me diagnose the problem, fix some other issues around the house and then came back to install the new tap. Would 100% recommend to a friend!

    Replacement of Bathroom faucets/Solved leaking problem

    Allison took my call. She was very professional: thorough and courteous in providing me the information I needed. She was prompt in arranging the appointment and I got confirmation within minutes of my one call indicating the precise time the plumber would arrive and giving me all the details. Adam arrived just as Allison indicated, actually a few minutes ahead of time. He too was very professional: assessed the problem, provided on-the-spot quote, did the installation (truck stocked with the required parts), tested it and left with everything working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, skilled and his work (and the house) was completely clean– everything spotless when he left. Excellent job by both.

    Repair Bathroom Faucet

    We had a leaky bathroom faucet we couldn't repair ourselves because the pieces had fused together. Brandon arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. He also explained how to dismantle the tap in the future. Alison took my call in the office. She too was friendly and professional. I was pleased with the same day service.

    Best Service Ever. Highly recommended!

    Technically this is my first ever plumbing experience and boy did it beat my expectation! Brandon was phenomenal. He was professional yet very personable. A straight up nice guy and very knowledgable. I was having issues with my toilet and he was quick to find the root of the problem. He gave me a few options in terms of pricing but was not pushy at all. Upon agreeing on the price, he concentrated on fixing my toilet and triple checked his work. You could tell he enjoyed what he did and got joy out of helping the client. A+++ on all factors. I will call Brandon for any future issues and will recommend him and Priority Plumbing & Drains to my friends and family.

    floor drain backing up

    firstly, all the reviews of Brandon are true - he is a great guy to deal with. now the review; We called priority plumbing on a Wednesday and Brandon came by to take a look . We had a basement floor drain that was backing up when we did our laundry . Brandon was a nice guy, walked us through the problem and brought to our attention that we had more than a backed up floor drain issue. Our house is your typical 1920"s Toronto home that still had all the clay pipe under the basement slab - the pipe had cracked in places and roots from the 100 year old tree on our front lawn had got in. Brandon was very knowledgeable, explained the situation and gave us pricing options for the extent of work. We went with the full job of replacing the service from city connection to our main back stack in the house and also included the install of a back water valve . The workers showed up the next morning , 4 guys showed up and worked 12 hours on Thursday , 11 hours on Friday and 4 hours on Saturday . The job was completed seamlessly , the crew kept me informed of what they found and what they were going to do. Inspection was Monday morning , passed and the remainder of the work was completed that afternoon . We were very happy with the work, did a great job cleaning up - would definitely call them for any future plumbing work. Thanks again Brandon and the crew.
