    Emergency Repair of sanitary drain

    Priority Plumbing's representative Adam displayed the utmost professionalism in determining and resolving a challenging sanitary ejector pump problem on short notice and on a Saturday! Courteous, communicative and highly recommended.

    Burst pipe repair

    Brandon came to repair a burst pipe in our garage. He was upfront and honest when discussing what our options were to remedy the issue. We chose a more complex, but risk-proof option and Brandon didn't back down from the challenge. Brandon's motivation and work ethic is superb. He enjoys the challenge of finding the root of the problem and devising the best solution. We're thrilled with the work he has done for us.

    Plumbing- Main stack replaced

    This sevice was exemplary! Matthew was professional, prompt and very considerate. His work space was always cleaned up well whenever he left, even if it was to pick up supplies or go for lunch. His work was completed quickly and to the estimated time given to us, plus his communication regarding what was being done was clearly understood. Our system works beautifully with very little disruption of use of the washroom during the repair which was important to us, as we only have one bathroom.

    kyle B - priority plumbibg - fixed cracked p trap

    If anyone is ever looking for a plumber to come quickly.. this is the company to call. In particular Kyle B was fantastic. He is so knowledgeable, polite, efficient and generally a very nice person. The problem was fixed within a couple of hours of calling.. and he had the parts in his truck! A great experience - will definitely call again if I need to... though hope I don't need to!

    Basement Drain

    Priority Plumbing are now my go-to plumbing company after experiencing a service call from Greg. He was interested in solving the problem and was understanding of the circumstances and went above and beyond what I was expecting. The problem was solved and if I ever need to do this kind of work again, will choose Priority as my first if not only choice. Followup: In Sept.'22, I called again for the same issue, except this time as soon as the tech./plumber arrived I was told first that an advertised rate for a drain cleaning didn't apply, after discussing it in detail to establish it would, along with a discount from a gift card. Instead, he mentioned 2 options, snaking and camera inspection that would cost about $500 or power washing that would be a minimum of $1,500. I felt greatly offended by what I perceive as gouging and contempt and won't ever do business with this co. ever again. Advice: Shop around, prices and services vary extremely widely.

    Multiple Plumbing Problemss

    I had a first class experience with Priority Plumbing from start to finish. They handled the initial appointment well, its cancellation, and reset., Kyle was creative, respectful, and very knowledgeable - he is a true professional

    Kyle B. was great. He was prompt, helpful and very professional. He offered us a variety of solutions to our plumbing problems and solved all our issues. I would specifically request him if we ever need a plumber again.

    drain the sewer line from the house to the property line

    Matthew was prompt, professional and courteous The best plumbing service ever. Could not have asked for better especially when compared to the same service given by other plumbers that cost up to $600.00

    Service - Mathew W

    Mathew W was great, he helped walk me through his inspection and determine the root cause of my issue. He provided multiple options in regards to how i could fix it and what needed to be done.
