    Drains

    Fantastic! Greg not only dealt with the plumbing issue, he provided reassurance, education, and told me how to get the further help I needed. And no price gouging. Priority Plumbing did their work for the price they stated at the beginning. Thank you, Greg. I would recommend you to anyone.

    Plumbing

    I'm really impressed with Kyle from Priority Plumbing, he was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain how I can maintain and prevent any plumbing issues in the future. He did a great job! I highly recommend Kyle for any plumbing issue.

    Move internal pipes so they do not freeze in the cold weather

    Brandon Arrived at my door on time. He was VERY professional, knowledgable and courteous. Without tearing apart my entire kitchen cabinetry (extremely thankful !!!!) - he was able to drill 2 small holes into my granite countertop and move the pipes as requested and required. Important to me - on time, professional, cleaned up after the tear down and offered inciteful suggestions for the contractor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

    The are the standard in excellent work at t Fair Price

    They spoke to me on the phone to try to understand what my problem was, put me in the ball park, came to my home on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, did the job quickly and charged me fairly. Courteous plumber, this experience has elevated the reputation of the of the plumbing industry to me. No hesitation to use them again or refer them to a customer Ron

From the time I called early morning for a service appointment mid-day to the technician's departure early afternoon, I knew I made the right choice. An email confirmed the same-day appointment, and Felicity called to update on the technician's estimated arrival time. Mathew came over as expected. He was professional, courteous, thorough, working quietly without fuss, and provided full documentation. This is my first time using this company's services; I will definitely contact them again and refer family, friends and colleagues.

    Review, assessment and repair

    Greg arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, took the time to explain issues, and offered options to resolve them. Greg was able to address all the issues during the service cal and also provided some suggestions to avoid future problems. I would not hesitate to contact Priority Plumbing and Greg for any future plumbing needs.

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    This is my second time using Priority Plumbing; our technician Adam arrived on time and was very friendly, professional, courteous, and he took the time to explain everything he was going to do and provided me with several options to choose from. He also made sure to check any other plumbing issues in the house, that we might have missed. We had the kitchen sink faucet replaced, and we couldn't be happier with the result! He did an excellent job, and left everything clean. I will definitely be requesting him in the future - Thank you

    Amazing Service and Assessement

    Greg arrived to my home in a professional and friendly manner. He made me feel at ease during assessment of plumbing issues. There are very few skilled professionals like him who are all around knowledgeable, intelligent, and courteous with excellent problem solving skills in minimal time. He is outstanding, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Laundry relocation, bathroom renovation

    Brandon and his team at Priority Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations with their outstanding service. Starting with the consultation and estimate all the way through to finishing the last details, they were always prompt, courteous, and professional. Timing was very important to me, and Priority Plumbing always made sure to dispatch Brandon as soon as possible to get the job done in a tight schedule. Brandon was a pleasure to work with - friendly, always smiling and giving great advice. He would work late and even on weekends to get the job done for me and even wore booties and always cleaned up after himself, which I, as a neatfreak, really appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the results.
