Evening appointment late Friday night, immediate response, fast, friendly and reliable service. Excellent work by Brandon T. replacing the copper line from the hot water tank to the main supply line. Signed up for the service plan to get 10% discounts in the future. I'll call them again without hesitation.

Plugged bathroom drain. My efforts to clear failed. Called Priority Plumbing, based on web search and posted reviews. Same day appointment; fast, friendly and courteous service. I'd call them again for plumbing work without hesitation.

Last night while doing the dishes my kitchen sink clogged. I called Priority and they came out the same night. Their technician Adam was terrific! He knew exactly what to do and left the place immaculate. I now have my plumber for life. Thanks Adam and Priority for your fast and professional service!

I pulled out a rubber gasket while trying to de-clog my bathtub drain with a coat hanger. In retrospect, I should have just called a plumber instead of trying to do it myself. Both Greg and Felicity were very courteous. Greg came during the scheduled time and also checked the shut off valves throughout the house, while explaining their function.

Thank you Greg and the Priority Plumbing for helping us out with the main drain earlier in December! The explanation of the work required was explained well and the work done in an expedient manner and the premises left clean. I will be calling Priority Plumbing in the future for additional needs. Matthew W of Priority Pluming was on time, polite, well informed and skilled at his work. He explained options patiently and in detail. After he completed the job we had a change of heart n one aspect of the (the water lines) we chose and he came back to replace them with the alternative - no problem. Excellent clean work bu Matthew. I will definitely continue to use the company.

I had a Hot/Cold water mixing valve which was attached to my water heater that needed to be replaced. An appointment was set up for the first thing the next day and the technician (Adam T.) came within the specified timeframe. He was very courteous & professional. He inspected my water heater/furnace and educated me about my system, how to better maintain it and how to shut down the water supply in an emergency. He discussed options and provided quotes for each option. Their quotes were inline with another one I received so I gave Adam the green light to proceed. After a few hours he was done he reviewed what he did and confirmed my issue was resolved. Overall, this was a positive experience. It was more expensive than I initially though it would be to fix, but after getting two similar quotes from different companies I guess my expectations were off. I would recommend Priority Plumbing... especially their technician Adam. Thank-you

I love the service. The plumbers always take the time to discuss your options in a clear and concise manner. And the quality of their workmanship is top notch. I have used Priority Plumbing a number of tea now and continue to be impressed in the consistency of professionalism and courteousness of the staff. A rare thing an industry where Demand out weighs Supply... Matt was great yesterday . I was on a bit of a timeline due to another commitment, but Matt sorted out my issues in an expedient manner laying out all the options and updating me along the way. Great workmanship and tidy... No mess to clean up afterwards. You guys have me as a customer for the long haul.

Timely, competent, skilled, and personable. Adam exhibits all these qualities and goes beyond in terms of service, knowledge and efficiency. All questions asked were answered and he couldn't have left a better impression of himself and the company he represents. Thank you for making our plumbing issue painless.
